Entity Counts
Would like to get sub groups under Entity Counts of Student Types and ADM Types. Right now it counts all enrolled students but we look for quick prelimiary entity counts during open Membership reporting and open Pupil Enrollment reporting. These numbers are the difference between sitting in our seats and our Corp of Legal Settlement students no matter where they attend...Student Type and ADM Type sub groups would indicate the differences. The Entity Counts section is exactly the way we want to get quick preliminary numbers for these, usually twice a week during reporting.

Family Access Responses show Student Name/Family ID Number
When parents use Family Access to ask a question or update a student, the response should show the Student Name or at least the Family ID #. Right now it just shows the email address of the guardian, which causes us to search all the buildings for the correct student.

Renaming Standards Report Cards posted to Family Access
When publishing a standards report card to the Portfolio tab it would be helpful to be able to rename it. We can rename the file when posting the Custom District Report Card (Office>grading>Report Cards>reports>Custom District Report Cards-CD), but not when posting a basic report card (Office>grading>report cards>reports>basic report card - BR). This customization makes it very helpful for parents to quickly see what term/year the report card is for when they view the portfolio in Skyward Family Access. Reports(all) and Utilities (all) need to be available to use from 000 for an entity or multiple and also be available to schedule.

Texas PEIMS Advanced Technical Indicator
The advanced technical credit indicator is based on the certification of the teacher. This indicator needs to be moved from the course level to the section level.

Prereqs in 2.0
I would like the ability to create a prereq that could then be used for multiple classes instead of going in and doing the same set up over and over. In art all of our art classes require Art Fundamentals. Instead of recreating it for 16 other courses it could just be added - and added by year as well. Same for Biology, Chemistry, Foods - all of the building block classes.

Texas AAR date fields required--option for mass update
In Texas, we are required to include the following date information on our transcripts and through TREX. Speech Requirement met, CPR training, and Peace Officer Interaction training. Only the Speech Requirement date has a mass update capability. API to dynamically provision staff users
We would like an API that would allow us to create new staff and security users on the fly based on when an employee is hired. The data would come from an external system. Would also like the ability to provision with basic rights into a security group.

Grad Type Code
I would like to request that the Graduation Type Code have a way to track all changes by whom date and time. The reason this has come up is because our Grad Type codes were mass changed somehow and reported incorrectly and also incorrectly printed on our transcripts for 2016 graduates. The change history function for the Grad Type Code would be a great benefit!

Course Conflict Matrix Details
I'm proposing that when navigating to the Course Conflict Matrix Details (WS/OF/FS/BM/SB) we also include courses that have ZERO conflicts under the "Number of Conflicts" column. This would make much easier to know which changes we could make to our Master Schedule if we knew where we could actually move the course to - to an area that has zero conflicts. I confirmed with Skyward that the only way to view zero conflicts now under that screen would be to export the screen to excel export our Course Master (active courses only) to excel and then compare each excel spreadsheet…

Ability to Clone CF from Entity to Entity
It would be more efficient for customers to be able to create a CF n one entity then clone it to other entities. Customers just starting to use CF are daunted by the task of having to create each form for each entity.
Any system fields in use would remain the same except for the entity designation. Any test/memo free-form fields would need to be created in the corresponding tables in the target entity.

Allow multiple days attendance to be updated
We have field trips that last more than one day. We would like to have the ability under the Entry by Class or Activity to enter a date range to update. Currently we have to go and run this and re-select the field trip for each day. It would make it much quicker and more accurate (because working in the office we get interrupted 1000 times a day) to be able to run this once for a date range.

Auto Email for Family 2 Demographic Changes
We would like to see an automated email function set up for Family 2 address changes. Currently it is only set up to send an email for Primary family changes.
With so many families sharing 50/50 custody this would create equity in maintaining accurate family information for departments such as food service transportation and teachers/staff who need to be notified of these changes in a timely manner.
Parents with 50/50 custody sometimes argue about being Family 1 or Family 2 so we want to make sure we are treating them the same in regards to communications and mailings. We feel…10 votes -

Add ACC INSTR in Special Programs to the Mass Add/End Utilities
Please add the ACC INSTR (for accelerated instruction) option in Special Programs to the Mass Add and End Utilities for Special Programs. I've looked and ACC INSTR is not an option in either location in the Mass Add or End utilities. Thank you.

Service call emails
It would be helpful if service call emails contained the conversation. Currently, if there have been a few responses it can be difficult to remember the context for the last answer given by support.

TX-Safe Supportive School Program
Now that the Safe Supportive School Program will trigger a PEIMS fatal error if left blank, we would like to request that this field be made mandatory when entering an Offense just like the Offense Code, School, Offense Date, School Year and Discipline Officer.
