Grad Type Code
I would like to request that the Graduation Type Code have a way to track all changes by whom date and time. The reason this has come up is because our Grad Type codes were mass changed somehow and reported incorrectly and also incorrectly printed on our transcripts for 2016 graduates. The change history function for the Grad Type Code would be a great benefit!

Course Conflict Matrix Details
I'm proposing that when navigating to the Course Conflict Matrix Details (WS/OF/FS/BM/SB) we also include courses that have ZERO conflicts under the "Number of Conflicts" column. This would make much easier to know which changes we could make to our Master Schedule if we knew where we could actually move the course to - to an area that has zero conflicts. I confirmed with Skyward that the only way to view zero conflicts now under that screen would be to export the screen to excel export our Course Master (active courses only) to excel and then compare each excel spreadsheet…

Ability to Clone CF from Entity to Entity
It would be more efficient for customers to be able to create a CF n one entity then clone it to other entities. Customers just starting to use CF are daunted by the task of having to create each form for each entity.
Any system fields in use would remain the same except for the entity designation. Any test/memo free-form fields would need to be created in the corresponding tables in the target entity.

Allow multiple days attendance to be updated
We have field trips that last more than one day. We would like to have the ability under the Entry by Class or Activity to enter a date range to update. Currently we have to go and run this and re-select the field trip for each day. It would make it much quicker and more accurate (because working in the office we get interrupted 1000 times a day) to be able to run this once for a date range.

Auto Email for Family 2 Demographic Changes
We would like to see an automated email function set up for Family 2 address changes. Currently it is only set up to send an email for Primary family changes.
With so many families sharing 50/50 custody this would create equity in maintaining accurate family information for departments such as food service transportation and teachers/staff who need to be notified of these changes in a timely manner.
Parents with 50/50 custody sometimes argue about being Family 1 or Family 2 so we want to make sure we are treating them the same in regards to communications and mailings. We feel…10 votes -

CARRY OVER COURSE MASTER CHANGES TO NY COURSE MASTER
We create NY courses in December, then if we make DOE/DEX necessary changes to CY, we need a button to also add to NY course master OR the ability to only clone courses to NY by individual course!

TX-Safe Supportive School Program
Now that the Safe Supportive School Program will trigger a PEIMS fatal error if left blank, we would like to request that this field be made mandatory when entering an Offense just like the Offense Code, School, Offense Date, School Year and Discipline Officer.

State Reporting Info in Browse Screens
With the new Ed-Fi process, so much time is spent navigating between pages. It would be very helpful if State Reporting columns/info could be added to Views for the browse pages.
For example on the Course Master page, WS\OF\CS\BC\CM\CM, it would be amazing if there was a View that included the Dual Credit, Subject Code, Subj Code Grade Level, Course Level, Do Not Send to Ed-Fi fields.
On the Staff Browse page WS\SF\SF, it would help if there was a Classification View so we could see the Start/End Dates, Entity and Classification

Scheduling - Print Teacher Schedules
When printing out Teacher Schedules (WS/OF/CS/RE/TS), it would be nice to have the option to choose specific teachers, but more than one teacher at a time. We have multiple teachers who teach in different departments, so just choosing a department or a subject, doesn't get us what we need. We would like to have the option to checkbox more than one teacher at a time.

Include photo on medication administration screen
I would like to suggest the feature of always displaying the student photo (not via a click or a hover, but always visible) on the window for medication administration. This would add another layer of certainty that the nurse is verifying that they have the correct student before administering any medication.

Multiple Pick Up/Drop Off BUSING Addresses Needed
We have students in Skyward for busing with certain days of the week they would be picked up/dropped off at Mom's (Family 1) and then the other days picked up/dropped off at Dad's (Family 2). We can add more than one Bus Route but not more than one Bus Address - it would be awesome if we could add multiple addresses so as not to cause confusion on the parent view side.

Attendance Codes linked to Discipline
After office staff enters specific attendance codes, it would be nice if a discipline entry would pop up. For example, when a Tardy code is entered, a discipline entry would pop up so that the office staff can immediately enter the discipline for the tardy. (Same goes for Unexcused absences).

Update Physical Restr/Time Out Fields - PRTO now RTO
The State of Illinois discontinued batch uploads of Physical Restraint and Time Out data. We would still like the tab updated to match the state required information. We have multiple school buildings but state data for the PRTO (now called RTO) is being input by the district office. The most efficient way for our district to communicate with buildings is through the tab. The building puts the data into Skyward tab then we have a data mining scheduled task reporting "yesterday" data to the district office for input to the state. Entity Counts to not include students that don't really attend
It would be nice to have the entity counts exclude or show a breakout of students that are not really in attendance, such as students enrolled for services only. Thank you!

I have a teacher that in the Secondary Gradebook would like the grades to be a different color for "no count" and "missing".
I have a teacher that in Secondary Gradebook would like the grades to be a different color for "no count" and "missing". This class has several students that will be assigned an assignment but not all of the students. When the teacher marks the rest of the students as "no count" the students and parents think they have a 0 or it is missing. He would like the "missing" to be red bold and the 'no count' be a different color.

Other Name incorporation into API
We have a situation where we need to include "preferred name" and include into Skyward and all the programs that get their data from Skyward. Particularly this is an issue with Schoology. Could you please have the API configured to grab the preferred name and have it appear as the preferred name everywhere in Skyward and transfer into Schoology.

Mass Add Staff to an Entity

Having a utility that will Mass Add and then Mass Delete staff to an entity would be extremely beneficial. For example our district has a separate entity for summer school (Entity 600) and each year we have different staff members that teach and participate in summer school and they need to be added to that entity.
