Create more time tracking features in Guidance
Allow for entries not attached to a specific student. This would allow for large group guidance lessons or non-counseling activities to be tracked to help fulfil the Texas state requirement for counselors to track their time spent in counseling versus non-counseling tasks.

Add Other ID# to Guidance Reports
This is self explanatory. All student reports in Skyward should be standardized with the ability to print Other ID#.

Link the Counselor Automatically f/Entity Screen
The goal is to automatically link the counselor's name that is on the entity screen to the Counselor column in the Guidance "Entry By Date" screen when a student puts in a request to see the counselor. With this enhancement the counselors will be able to see who their student is immediately instead of trying to figure it out. We have a large HS and it takes time. With this enhancement it would save counselors a good amount of time of thumbing through students trying to figure out which ones belongs to them and more time spent on the students…

RFE for Guidance Note/Visit Attachement
We have had several requests for the ability to attach documents to a guidance note/visit just as can be done with other notes in the student profile. Currently there is no Attach button when adding a guidance note/visit. We don't even see a selection for Guidance in the drop-down list for All Notes. We think this would be a great addition to the program. having it all under the guidance tab would be ideal but at this point just having a place to attach a document would be great.
