Quicker way to tie a Curriculum Key to multiple Courses in multiple years
It would be nice if there was a utility much like the "Mass Create Curriculum Master Records" but that would simply tie any course without a Curriculum number to the appropriate Course Key Number under the district-wide entity. Rather than going in line by line and entering missing data. This would be just to clean up what others have failed to either notice or enter when creating a new course. I feel this would save time while also helping to make sure data is as cleaned up as possible. Currently, the only solution to this issue is going in course…

Mass Change ISBE State Course Codes for 2023-24 school year
ISBE is removing all the prior to secondary - 51 course codes for the 2023 - 2024 school year. It would be very helpful if Skyward could create a mass change feature for the course codes with the ISBE crosswalks to save districts a lot of time.

Increase field length for Key Concentps
While other areas in the Curriculum map can be set to have a short and long description the key concept area is limited to 100 characters per entry. This is not long enough for out needs and some items are getting cut off. The reason why our entries are so long is that we are using a UBD curriculum map format which requires us to type in what a student is expected to understand not just a simple topic name.
We would like to either increase the length of the "Key Concept Area" or change the area to work more…22 votes -
Standards Coverage report
When using curriculum mapping we are having a hard time confirming that all standards associated to a curriculum master record was linked to a curriculum map. For example we know all the specific standards that should be covered in 3rd grade math which are linked to the curriculum record. We will then want to confirm that the curriculum map appropriately addresses all the standards to ensure complete coverage of standards.
A report which lists which standards were covered how many times and highlighting the standards which were not covered would be helpful.21 votes
