Change History in the gradebook.
Teachers often change due dates for assignments. There is no history to show this. It would be nice to see when any change is made in gradebook.

Special Education Accommodations in Gradebook.
Could a clickable accommodations menu be created in grade book assignments? This would be helpful documentation for special education and 504 students. The list of accommodations might include oral administration, calculator, small group, extra time, copy of notes, etc.

Attendance totals by date range for grade book
When teachers are taking their attendance and use the view of previous days it gives them a total of excused, unexcused, other and tardy absences. They are asking if I can adjust those totals so they are just for the current semester instead of the whole year. This is a problem when classes are year long. Give the teacher to adjust the total by a date range they can choose.

Email Partial Progress Report
The current Email Progress Report only allows reports for our defined terms. We are a center-based CTE School. We use 6 terms to accommodate students from schools that are on either Trimesters or Semesters. We'd like to be able to Email Progress Reports from a date range, not just a single term. In other words, we'd like to Email Partial Progress Reports where we can pick the date range of the report.

Option for a teacher to select whether they want No Count to be removed when an assignment is synced again from Canvas
Option for a teacher to select whether they want No Count to be removed when an assignment is synced again from Canvas. We have a school that frequently has students that are late on their assignments. But they found that if the score is still visible it encourages them to still to the work. Also if the score is there it allows the teacher to still be able to track how the student is doing. Since this is the case when the teacher syncs the assignment after the due date from Canvas they then go into Skyward and mark the…

Customize Category Colors in gradebook
Teachers using our secondary gradebook would like to be able to customize their category colors within their own gradebook. Currently, I can change the colors, but it would change them for the whole building and not everyone wants that. It would be useful if they could just do their own within their own gradebook.

Mass assign grade and mark as missing simultaneously for districts that do not give 0's
Is there any way for your developers to create an addition to the Mass Assign Options that includes a and mark as missing check box right next to the overwrite checkbox (or below it) so that when mass assigning it would auto populate the missing as well? To mass assign a score but also still tag it as missing.

teacher grade posting Report to include subject and skill grades
We are looking for a way to run a report for teachers who did not post Subject/skill grades for SBRC's. Currently we run data mining reports but that is very time consuming to go through since not all skills are graded each marking period.

Allow Comments for Skills in the SBG
The current standards based gradebook allows for comments to be added for a term, a Subject, or an event. Comments for Skills is missing. A Skill often describes a specific task (i.e. I can ...) and is exactly where our teachers need to enter comments on why students may not be achieving said Skill.

Secondary Gradebook - Ability to Pull Category/Assignment specific level data
I would like to suggest developing a report (or ability within data mining) that would allow users to pull reports of specific categories/assignments from the secondary grade book.
Example: I want to be able to see the trends of 3rd gr MATH TESTS or READING TESTS throughout the school year. I can only pull Quarter or Semester grades. There is a report that sort of gets this data but it is student specific and there is no way to sort and organize the data by a class or grade level for comparisons.
Screenshot attached. show the CRAC category I would…

It would be really helpful to be able to pull a report in spreadsheet format of student grades. The Student Assignments report under Student Management > Educator Access Plus > Gradebook > Reports is close, but I need a csv that I can edit and upload to other systems.

All my administrators are seeing "(4)" next to their "Teacher Requests for Changes to Previously Posted Grades", but those 4 requests are at our HS entity. The number should only display at the entity that has the request for changes.

Disable teacher gradebook viewing abilities for Semester 2
While building Semester 2 schedules, it would be very beneficial to deactivate teacher viewing abilities in gradebooks for Semester 2 only. Building schedules is a process in which the Counselor assigns courses, then proceeds to shuffle the courses according to requirements that need to be met for each individual student. When teachers can view the schedules as the Counselor is beginning the process, we are bombarded with unnecessary emails and drop-ins. The capability to activate viewing abilities once the schedules are fairly settled, when teachers most definitely can offer input regarding students that may have been overlooked, would be far…
