Add Advisor Designation to Staff Info Screen
We would like to request an "Advisor" staff designation be added to the staff information screen so staff members can be assigned the advisor role between entities without having to add the entity permission to the staff member. The counselor field is not always available on certain reports that campuses and district administrators use.

SPN Staff Name to help with DOE Sync Errors
The DOE matches staff synced from Skyward to their license database, LVIS.
Our HR system requires us to use the staff's legal name for income tax purposes. We sync our staff names from our HR system into Skyward.Similar to the legal name in the Identity tab for students, could we have an SPN name area for staff so we could send the name to the DOE that matches LVIS?

Teacher Widgets for Long Term Substitutes
Teacher Widgets option for Long Term Substitutes working on campus. Currently Skyward setup the teacher box must be checked on the staff record. Requesting that the widgets be available if the substitute box is checked instead since this is how they have to be reported on all PEIMS submissions.

Staff Crosswalk Between HR & Student Management
For those of us who have combined databases, it would be really helpful if the staff information for their State/WISEid and DPI Educator File Number (Entity ID) would automatically crosswalk/populate from their HR information when we add the person to the staff list in Student Management. A lot of other useful information copies over from HR when we add the person as staff on the SM side. This would save a lot of time & double entry since we have to have this information on their SM record for state reporting (course associations)

Add Default Entity Column in Staff
Please add the Entity ID column to the General Staff view... if I switch to the Entity view I don't get their title, email, name ID, DPI Ed #, etc... if I switch to the General view I don't get their Entity. Just need that one field on the General view. Thank you!!!

teacher license number and student state ID on same report
We would like to be able to have a report with students' state ID number and teacher license number. This is required for our screener which is required by the state.

Updating Staff information (like SSN)
It would be nice if there were more options when it comes to updating staff information. I would like to delete all the SSNs for all staff in particular, but right now that is a manual task.

We need a mass add staff classification!
We have over 600 teachers/admin in our district who need Student Support Plans and Teacher classification to get into IIEP. We have done this manually for most, but we constantly have new staff and it is hard to go into each person one by one to "make sure" they have it. Why isn't this a utility yet? It is necessary for DEX.

In Substitute Assignments, it would be great to have an option that limits access to attendance only. This way one day or temporary subs could take attendance like a teacher without needing a paper roster. This would also prevent them from having access to modifying student grades.

We had an episode today that required emergency contact for a staff member. There was no where on the student management side that included this information. This is vital information that each building should have access too online.

Mass Add Staff to an Entity
Hello:
Having a utility that will Mass Add and then Mass Delete staff to an entity would be extremely beneficial. For example our district has a separate entity for summer school (Entity 600) and each year we have different staff members that teach and participate in summer school and they need to be added to that entity. It would be extremely helpful if, each year we could mass add those individuals to the summer school entity and then at the completion of summer school mass delete them. Add Effective Date on Staff Maintenance
Hello: We often get communication from our HR Department indicating an employee exit with a specific date. Typically that date is in the future. It would be extremely convenient if and effective date could be added to the Staff Entity Maintenance area to flag the exact date that the staff member should be flagged to Inactive. This would eliminate having to "Save" HR notifications and then remembering to inactive or activate the staff member based on information from HR.

Automated Email for Staff Changes
We would like to have an automated e-mail generated when a staff member becomes inactive in an entity. An e-mail could then be generated to the Skyward admin who handles the User Accounts, prompting a change in their Active Secured User status to NO.

Staff Locator Should Include the Course Code as well as a Link to View the Class Roster
Would like to see the course code and section number under Student/Staff Locator (currently it only shows the section number) and be able to click on the section to view the class roster. This would be great for people who only know the teacher's name or don't have access to the Course or Section Masters.

Staff Pictures
I would love for us to be able to include staff pictures on staff reports. We could use the report as a Staff Directory with pictures and contact info. The directory could be very helpful, especially to new staff.
