We have discovered that staff can change the status of an approved application to WIP IF the student is Inactive. Our district does now want this to be an option. We would like to request an additional check box option to not allow staff to change the status of an approved application.

Mark Online Registration as Verified when Completing New Student Enrollment Mid-Year
It would be nice to be able to turn on a feature to auto mark as verified when families complete New Student Enrollment mid-year. I have to go in and manually mark them all as verified. Thank you.

We would like to have a quick filter on the Online Registration Approval area.
We have clerical staff approving some areas and nurses approving other areas, so it would be nice for them to be able to filter by Area.

Hide Address 2 from Online Registration
It would be helpful if we could hide address 2 from the online registration module. Currently, the only options we can hid are primary address and mailing address. Address 2 shows under the family address section in online registration and families are getting confused and entering grandparent addresses and second homes.

We have parents upload proof of residency in the registration process and they will upload anything to by pass it. I would like it to not show completion until we have seen the POR and approved it.8 votes -
Relationship Choices in OnLine Enrollment
When a parent or guardian is doing online enrollment, and they come to the relationship drop down, the drop down includes all the possible relationships, even those for emergency contacts. We would like to make it a little easier on the parents and limit the choices for those guardian records. But we haven't found a way to exclude choices like "neighbor" or others that don't make sense. We need a shorter list for them.

Please consider adding the ability to filter and add stage information in the Verification Area for Online Registration. WS\FA\FM\OR\VS Currently, we have three different spreadsheets to track not having proof of residency, needing specific proof of residency or under review due to alternate proof of residency. The ability to track all information in Skyward would be helpful.

In Online Registration add a checkbox for "Needing to make a family change". I know we need paperwork when a family change happens, but if we could make it that the family notifies us by checking that box so we can contact them instead of completing that step and verifying it, making us think no family change has happened or is needed.

Attachments in Online Registration
2 suggestions for attachments in Online Registration:
1. Allow for some attachments to be required and others to be optional

Student Cell Phone in Online Registration
When the student's third phone field is shown under Student Information in Online Registration, the family just sees a drop-down that has a default value of blank, an empty field and then Ext with a field next to it. The drop-down is shaded the same color as fields that are read-only. Can there be an option to set the default value of the drop-down or at least have a description that is next to that drop-down so families don't just glance at these blank fields and think there is nothing to enter there?

Auto Email to parents who have not completed Registration
It would be great if we could set up an auto email sent to parents who have not completed online registration. Or maybe update the options in the verification status report template and add a check box where if it was checked it would send an email to parents who have not completed registration and then the report could be ran as a scheduled task.

Date/Time Associated with Showing Schedule after Online Registration
Having the ability to only show schedule after OR is completed is great but this option needs to be associated with a date/time. Currently, we need to hide the schedule option right after Year End until OR starts and then adjust the settings again - usually at midnight, when OR begins. For example, the ability to hide from 6/30 - 8/1, but then show starting at 8 am on 8/1, once online registration is completed.

"Start time" for online registration
I would love to have an option to set a "start" time for online registration and maybe allow it viewable to parents in Family Access . If they try to register, they'll see the date and time that it will open.
Example:
Start Online Registration on Thursday, 8/13/2020 Time: 8:00 am

Under online registration, student information, says home email, can it say student home email. Parents keep putting their email in and that is where the student's home email is. Then when parents go to the parent section, they don't update their email because they put it under the student information by mistake.
