Change the default on the Mass Post Grade Change Request to EXCLUDE dropped students
When using the Allow Teachers to Make Grade Change Request to Closed Grading Periods when the request are being processed under EA+>Gradebook>Secondary>Grade Posting Administration>Teacher Requests for changes to Previously Posted Grades>Mass Post Grade Changes>the default is to Post Grades for Dropped Students. 99% of the time you would not want to do this and if they don't select the option at the top to "Exclude Dropped Students from Mass Posting grades get posted that should not and this can easily be missed causing students to get credits for classes/grades that they should not get. move grades to different course utility
When using the "move grades to different course" utility, we need to be able to select which grading period/bucket we want to use, instead of it selecting all the grades periods/buckets. For instance we want to only select RC1 instead of RC1,2,3,S1.
Also within this utility there is a need to pull in grades from another campus within our district as well. We can see those other campus grades, send them to the teacher and they do not post them.
Can this utility be put on the grades tab for quicker access?

Show weighted and unweighted GPA
In the GPA summary section of a student profile, we would like to see an unweighted GPA as well as the weighted GPA that we use. Many students need an unweighted GPA for scholarship or college applications and it must be figured out manually which is time-consuming and leaves room for errors.

When running the D/F list through the grading and attendance analysis, it would be great to be able to include percentages. We spend a lot of time going back into each individual student's profile to look up their percentage.

2 columns for activities on custom transcripts
We use a custom transcript and have the activities print on the back but a few students each year have so many activities they need a third page to the transcript. It would be nice to have the availability to have 2 columns (continuing) instead of only one. I tried two columns but the same information prints in both columns.

Awards on Transcripts
I would love to be able to print awards that students earn in their activities on their custom transcripts. I think it's important that they are recognized for all of their accomplishments.

Need a way to data mine or report on State Credit, Local Credit, Total credit
Due to different registrar errors when entering transfer credits we are finding that our State + Local is not equal to Total Credits on some students. It would be much easier to find these if there was a way to data mine this information.

Print course on transcript, but NOT on report card
We would like the option to print courses on student transcripts, but NOT on report cards. Right now, that is an all or nothing option. Can you please separate these options so that we can choose to print on one or the other?
This would be extremely helpful for our Dual Enrollment courses that do not need to be printed on student report cards (they were not taken at our school), but still need to be printed on transcripts.

Report showing Letter Grade vs. Percentage
We would like this report because we have ran into times where teachers do grade changes after terms have ended and when Admin accept these changes there are times that the percentage and letter grade do not match up. This would make it easier for us to identify the students who's do not match.

Assign Special Grade Mark Groups by Course Type
When mass assigning special grade mark groups, it can be done by Dept, Subject, Course or Teacher. It would be nice to do be able to do it by Course Type. We have our certain types of classes that should all be marked pass/fail, but we have to assign that grade mark group by student and can't mass assign it to all alternative classes.

Transfer Grading Comments
We would like to be able to transfer Grading Comments the way that teachers are able to transfer grades to a new section. We need to transfer comments along with grades from one section to another the way that the grades are transferred to new sections.

Grades Tab/Family & Student Access - Consitent with Bolded / Not Bolded Grades
It would just make things less confusing if the Grades Tab and Family/Student Access were consistent with posted/non-posted grades. Currently, in the grades tab, posted grades are not bold and non-posted grades are green and bold. In family & student access, posted grades are black and bold and non-posted grades are not bold.

Credits earned prior to 9th grade
I want high school credits earned in middle school to appear on the high school transcript under the actual grade that they were earned in (8th grade, 7th grade) instead of lumping them all in 9th grade. This is not accurate.

Mass Export Report Cards with a Custom Filename Format
In order to import or share student report cards into some of our other software, the vendors require the report card files to have the filename as either the student ID (Other ID) or student name (LastFirst), so it would be helpful to have these options when exporting from Skyward.

Option to Remove Industry Credential Headers on Transcript if No Data - Same as Option on Test Scores
Currently, there is an option to remove the headers from the Test Scores section of a custom transcript if a student has no data in the test scores field. We need the same option for the Industry Credentials section of our custom transcript - otherwise it appears as if there is missing information.
As of right now, we are having to track those students who have info in the associated fields, so that we can build and run separate transcripts for them.
I have attached a screenshot of the button in the test scores field.

Add YTD Earned Credits as option to Custom Report Card
Would be helpful to have 'YTD credits earned' as an option under GPA and Credits in the Custom Report Card.
