Need a Lease Expiration Date field that can be reported on data mined with ranges and checked as renewed.

Display comments when application is not disabled
We would like to be able to post informational comments in family access for parents or students to see under the various applications. However you can only use the comments feature if the application is disabled. Texas STAAR 3-8 Report
The additional Texas STAAR EOC Report WS\OF\CA\TS\RE is a very useful report for all secondary campuses is there any updates that will address a similar report for STAAR 3-8 Exams. This will facilitate analysis of student test scores as they move from campus to campus and or target for tutoring. The negative impact is that we have to use a separate third party software to assist with the analysis of student score data.

Default Assignment Display Options from District
When creating a new assignment the display option for "Show Score As:" defaults to "Score". We need a way to make this default to "Variable Scale Point Value"? Preferably from the campus or district level.

Reset Tardy Counter on Tardy Kiosks
We restart the count of tardies for students at the start of a new semester so their sem 1 tardies don't carry into sem 2. They all start from 0 in the new semester. The Tardy Kiosk receipt that is printed still shows a cumulative count for the school year. Please consider adding the functionality of being able to reset the counter on the Tardy Kiosks at the end of a semester.

Day Summary Report
Allow for the selection of activities in the day summary report. It would be great to schedule this report for our sports teams without having to create a processing list.

Survey Error Total Report Should be exportable to Excel
State reporting reports should be excel compatible due to large amounts of data that needs analyzing. The totals report especially. Dumping to excel takes cleanup because of the extra page titles and no spaces between formats. All reports should be Excel compatible as it is the way to analyse data easily.

Multiple Pick Up/Drop Off BUSING Addresses Needed
We have students in Skyward for busing with certain days of the week they would be picked up/dropped off at Mom's (Family 1) and then the other days picked up/dropped off at Dad's (Family 2). We can add more than one Bus Route but not more than one Bus Address - it would be awesome if we could add multiple addresses so as not to cause confusion on the parent view side.

Suspension time required
It would be helpful if the "Total Time" field could be required when entering a suspension. Sometimes our admin forget to indicate how many hours or days a student must serve for a suspension. Thank you!

Custom Forms - allow form
I think it would be very helpful to have an option that allows an Online Form posted in Family Access to automatically close after a parent submits it. Otherwise it is possible for parents to go back and edit what they have already done, and depending on the form this is very hard to try to manage. There are definitely times when you only want the parent to complete the form once. If the system can't automatically close the form once completed, perhaps an option can be built in to allow a processing list to be used to EXCLUDE students.…

Allow the family to enter both Parents on one screen. Many times only one guardain gets entered in the enrollment process.
It makes more sense to me to be able to add both guardians in one screen instead of having to click a button to add a second guardian to a family. Most people do not understand how the family set up is so they fill in one parent and move to the next step. We spend a lot of time following up with parents because they do not take the time to read the buttons.

NSOE - Unsubmitted Application Report
Hello:
Our District would like to request an "Unsubmitted Application Report" in the NSOE module. This would be extremely helpful for when guardians start an application and "think" they have finished it but actually have not. We had a guardian who started an application in February but didn't complete some of the custom forms but still thought he had completed the application. He finally stopped in at the school in May to find out why the application was not approved when it was never submitted so we did not know about the enrollment. Addition of identifying information for siblings
It would be a great asset if the siblings that are listed in the family tab could be identified with grade level and entity. This has become a great need during the Covid-19 situation. When a student has been exposed, one entity has to reach out to the other schools to let them know the siblings may be required to quaratine as well. Nurses usually have access only to their specific students and can't see what entity the siblings are tied to in order to make contact.

Medication Expiration Dates in Data Mining or Medication Reports

There is no way to run a medication report for the Expiration Date Field on Track Medication Inventory. Please add the Expiration Date Field to Data Mining. This will help nurses keep track of expiration dates, even when the Family Access Automated Email is not enabled.It would also be helpful to add the Expiration Field to Medication Reports so you can set up a report and task to help you keep track. Add Internal ID to a student search or student browse area
The Internal ID is automatically shared to School Messenger, OneRoster and other vendors that we auto roster to. It would be very helpful, especially when troubleshooting issues, to have a way to look up a student by the Internal ID. This could be accomplished by adding it to the list of options on the Student Lookup search page or by adding it as a column on one of the student browse views.

The length of the student middle name field needs to be bigger
We have students with two or more middle names and/or two or more last names. The DOE wants their middle name reported as it appears on the birth certificate (last name, and first name as well) I have a student now who will always fail my STN report because his middle name won't fit. Can we add a character or two to the length of that field?

Report for grades not transferred in by teachers
Due to Covid-19 and the massive amount of students changing their courses due to changes in enrollment from brick-and-mortar to virtual and then back. We are unable to keep up with monitoring the teachers transferring grades into the new course without a report to aid the Administrators that flags the teachers who are not transferring grades. This is resulting in massive amounts of grade changes and corrections and reprinting of report cards.
