Automated Email
In the automated emails, have an NSOE Application that will look at the Stage Code and based on that code send an email to parents. Like applications that are missing required documentation. Right now we email parents individually, it would be so helpful if this was set up automatically.

I would like the ability to hide the question of Student Language in the Student Information area of NSOE
In Texas we have to have the family complete the Home Language Survey in their native language and having them answer language questions in more than one place causes confusion and answers that don't match.
We would like to be able to hide the Student Information field on NSOE of Student Language so that our staff can enter what is answered on the Home Language Survey and not have to look for mismatches between the HLS and parent answers.

add Migrant questions to NSOE
add Migratory Student Information collection to NSOE. DPI has a form for these families to fill out (and skyward has an import process to pull these families into Skyward from DPI). However, there is not a process to collect the information in NSOE. We are adding our own questions to NSOE based on the links below but to ensure enrollments are similar at other districts in Wisconsin could this be added by Skyward to NSOE?

Prevent Duplicate MARSS numbers in the system
We would like skyward to block individuals from adding a student if the MARSS number is already assigned to someone in the system vs just sending a warning to not proceed. We have seen in increase in MARSS #'s duplicated on students. As well has duplicate profiles because this message is either being ignored or missed. This would be very helpful!

print NSOE parent attachments under the manage required documents area
In NSOE on the right hand side there is a button "manage required documents". By selecting this button, can it be added that we can print all of the attachments for that application at one time. Instead of going to the attachment and printing one at a time and the ability to print the custom forms for that application at that same time?

Add demographics to Enrollment Application Processing area
Can the following demographics be added to the Enrollment Application Processing area: Gender, Local Race, Income Range? We have a district who want to use the 'Create Chart' feature, but would like the above-mentioned demographics in order to use it to fit their needs. This could help others benefit from this tool, as well. Thank you.

Add Mass Deny/Cancel Utility to NSOE
We need a utility that allows us to Mass Deny/Cancel Applications by either Date Received or Expected Enroll Date. I’d want to see it with an option to mass deny by either one of those date options because some are simply outdated, and others are dated incorrectly by expected date of enrollment. So, the utility would need to be able to run on either option. Right now, I literally delete (deny) hundreds of applications one by one, by having to assign it and then deny it by hand using copy/paste for the reason. Lastly, this utility would also require a…

I would like to automate when a work flow code is changed in NSOE to email the next person in the approval process
We have a code ODT (out of district transfers) in the workflow process that the clerk will use when the NSOE application is ready for principal approval. I think it would be extremely helpful to have automated emails in the workflow process. When a particular code is used/changed an automated email would email the staff member next in the process that the application is awaiting their approval.

Change the the expected grade level to enroll in if the DOB is changed.
In Step 1 of the application, the user enters the DOB and a popup displays showing the expected grade level to enroll in, and that grade level populates in a separate field.
If the user changes the DOB, there is no popup identifying the correct grade level and the grade level expected to enroll does not update.
This is problematic as parents often fail to update the grade level and the custom forms populated in Step 6 are generated dependent on the grade level.
This seems to be more of a programming error than an enhancement request.

Processing New Student Online Enrollment application, allow change order of Emergency Contacts
Scenario: A parent submits a new student application and fails to check the emergency contact box for either/both guardians.
During processing of application, if the registrar then checks the emergency contact box after, they are added after any other emergency contacts in the order added.We would like the ability to change the emergency contact order at time of processing a new application so the registrar can appropriately have the correct order prior to completing the application and not have to go back and change after processing.
We do allow guardians to change the order at time of yearly registration.

autoemail building registrar when NSOE is approved for their building
NSOE applications are approved by the Central office staff who then "forward" them on to the building registrars. Building registrars have no way of knowing that the NSOE approval has taken place or that it is being forwarded to them. It would be helpful if, upon approval, an auto email would generate letting the building registrar know that it has been approved and is available to them for completion.

Born in the Unites States need to be a Y/N question in NSOE
It is out of compliance to as on the enrollment form where a student was born. The law says we can only ask Was your student born in the US? If no, what was the first date of enrollment in US schools. Right now, there is no option or way of getting this information with using the NSOE form except by making it another custom form! Would be great to have this added as a label with Y/N and then if no, please enter date.....

NSOE - Limit grades available to parent by campus
If a parent selects a High School for the campus, they should not have the ability to select KG for the grade! We need the ability to only show the grades available on the campus. This could default to the grades setup on the “School Codes” table and then we would also need an override in the NSOE config.

NSOE Middle Name Field
It would be beneficial if there was a way to mark the Middle Name field as required but also have a check box to indicate that there is no "No Middle Name". This would alleviate a lot of data quality issues in our district and also be more clear for the guardians that have children without middle names.

Allow parents to EDIT and RESUBMIT a NSOE application!

IDEA: Please allow parents to EDIT a NSOE through Skyward, as it would be extremely beneficial for our campuses. If the skyward developing team could add a way for the registrars at the campuses to flag a NSOE application as “INCOMPLETE”, the parent would then be able to return to the application and resubmit any documents when necessary. In the event we have parents uploading incorrect documents or are missing docs/information, the parent could resubmit. Allow the family to enter both Parents on one screen. Many times only one guardain gets entered in the enrollment process.
It makes more sense to me to be able to add both guardians in one screen instead of having to click a button to add a second guardian to a family. Most people do not understand how the family set up is so they fill in one parent and move to the next step. We spend a lot of time following up with parents because they do not take the time to read the buttons.

Enter in the Change History address information for existing students.
When we have KG's WITH EXISTING SIBLINGS and the parent enters in an address that is not what is on the existing siblings address info, but NSOE links the students together and updates the existing students address......can this be made and entry in the Change History tab? An address change on the existing student with the program of NSOE would be great.

NSOE - Unsubmitted Application Report
Hello:
Our District would like to request an "Unsubmitted Application Report" in the NSOE module. This would be extremely helpful for when guardians start an application and "think" they have finished it but actually have not. We had a guardian who started an application in February but didn't complete some of the custom forms but still thought he had completed the application. He finally stopped in at the school in May to find out why the application was not approved when it was never submitted so we did not know about the enrollment.
