Allow Entity Counts to separate Service Enrollments
We have students that are enrolled with us as a Service Enrollment with another district as their Primary Enrollment. We would like to be able to see them separated in Entity Counts.

The other name field needs to be added to the enrollment process. The other name only shows in registration.

A section to add records request sent and records received.
A spot to add a date when a records request was sent and when records were received and a spot to date when student records were sent out to the newly attending school. Possibly under the entry/withdrawal tab.

Do Not Report to Ed-Fi - Enrollment Record
We need a "Do Not Report to Ed-Fi" box on the E/W entry page so certain entity enrollments can be ignored for the Ed-Fi sync.
Situation: we have an entity that is our alternative school. We enroll students from our distirct as well as neighboring districts. We need to report the students from the other districts for attendance purposes, so we gave the entity our HS DOE number. This causes issues when our students enroll or withdraw from this entity. Enrollment Report - Default Entity Option
I love the Enrollment Report (WS\OF\AT\RE\AR\ER). I use it often and it is a helpful doublecheck for our WI membership reporting.
This report would be even better if we had the option to only include students in their default entity. Sometimes I only want the students that have a particular default entity and sometimes I want to know all of the students in the entity.

Auto Email - HLS Screening Required
We would like the option to have an auto email generated when a Home Language Survey completed in NSOE results in the need for required screening.

enrollment report today
We would like to add today as a range option for the Enrollment Report under Student/Office/Attendance/Reports in order to run it as a scheduled tasks. I run this report everyday and I have to change the date range.

Add a No Show Automated Email
Indiana Districts are required to report one-day mobility. The easiest way to create this enrollment/withdrawal record is to use the No Show tool. This ensures that staff are following the directive setup by the district with the No Show option to ensure a withdrawal date and schedule adjustment is processed correctly every time. This part of the puzzle is perfect. The enrollment records that are created with the No Show will not trigger an automated email. They are not processed as a withdrawal. E/W Residence County included in rollover
Please include Residence County from E/W record in the year-end rollover. It is a required field, so we have to update each student.

Mass Delete Pseudo Approval in Family Access
We need to be able to delete prior year pseudo approvals for enrollment in Family Access. While the filter works to show only those waiting approval the system is bogged down with thousands of changes from past years.

allow overlapping enrollments
In certain scenarios, it would be useful to be able to set certain Withdrawal codes to be able to allow overlapping enrollments. For example, if an enrollment was created and submitted to our State Reporting authority in error, we may need to retain a record of that erroneous enrollment, but would need to overlap a new, corrected enrollment.

Create an option in Advanced Features Entity count reports show count breakdown by students in house and serving schools ?
This report would give us the breakdown of number of students attending in house and those attending specific serving schools.

Entity Counts to not include students that don't really attend
It would be nice to have the entity counts exclude or show a breakout of students that are not really in attendance, such as students enrolled for services only. Thank you!

Web Login ability to Online Enrollment Users
For NSOE, it would be helpful if an admin was able to Web Login to the Online Enrollment Users accounts so we can assist remotely with application issues.
Currently, I cut and paste email and password info in to a new login in screen to log in as them to help them with steps in the process.

Inactive Families Enrolling into NSOE get stuck
We have had several situations where a former (inactive) family wants to re-enroll, and since they don't have any active students they can't get into a family access account. But they also can't request an account through the new student portal because they already have an email in the system. They are stuck in a catch-22.
We go in to delete the email address from their account so they can do the account request, and some schools activate the student for a short time to allow the family into their old Family Access. Either way, it causes the family to…

Allow the order of NSOE step to be changed
We would like to be able to change the order of the steps in NSOE. For instance, we want to have parents fill out step 6 (custom forms) before adding requested documents (step 5).

It'd be nice to have the student status tied to the E/W records. T
Sometimes we have are made aware that a student will be withdrawing in a few days or a week, and we'd like to enter that withdraw record with the future date as we find out about it, but still allow the student to be active until that date hits. Same with enter dates. Sometime they don't start for a week or two but it'd be nice to push through the enrollment and have that student go active on the future date.
