Family Information for all guardians to be listed in the Educator Access Plus tab for teachers
Currently in Educator Access Plus for Teachers, it only provides the phone number for the first guardian listed in the family as well as the emergency contacts on their screen. Teachers have to click on the name of the additional guardian in order to view their phone numbers. It would be convenient if all guardians and emergency contact phone numbers are all provided to be located at a glance.

Adding State-EDE number (STN) to teacher Security Group
Adding State-EDE number (STN) to teacher Educator Access Plus Tab. A majority of our testing software utilizes the student State-EDE number (STN). It would be beneficial if we could have the State-EDE number (STN) placed in another spot or allow access to ONLY the State-EDE number (STN) in the IN/NCLB tab or student profile. Teachers have access to the student's other ID and internal ID but not the STN which doesn't make sense. We do not allow teachers access to the IN/NCLB tab due to student SSNs being attached to that area.

Student Locator Icon access in Educator Access Plus
The student locator icon is not available when teachers are in Educator Access Plus taking attendance in their class. If a student is not in the classroom but not absent, they have to go out to the dashboard to access it (Because they have security to do so). It would great if they could click on the student locator pin on the bar at the top while in their gradebooks.

EA+ My Activities add *** GPA, Term GPA and grade bucket grades on the same report. For example on the Activity Roster or the Progress Report. Both help our coaches determine whether students are eligible to play. Or even when expanding the activity next to the students name.

Regular Ed Teachers (EA+) are unable to see the SE Exit Date & Reason
We have students that have exited from special education and their student profile is still showing the student services tab and it is confusing to the regular education teachers, because it doesn’t say the student is exited. The student indicator no longer shows, but the student service tab is still there. Would it be possible to show the SE Exit Date & Reason on the EA+ Student Services view?

Can you please make the following fields mandatory in Educator Access Plus under the teacher to add a new discipline referral? We would like the Location, Time, and Motivation marked as mandatory fields. Teachers are not filling in this information, and it is very important to us that they enter that information so we can track where incidents are happening the most in the building and their reasons for it. That way if we have to place more teachers in a certain area of the building at a certain time of the day that would be helpful to know.

Adding guardian information to Educator Access
The teachers are not able to view the boxes for the custodial parent and pick up. The parents have to be added for their educational rights in the family section, however the teachers cannot see any notes or if the custodial/pick up boxes are checked. Therefore could release a child to the non-custodial parent without knowing that they didn't have custody. This is a legal issue that needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

Option to Require Classroom Referral Actions
Give districts the option to “require at least one classroom action” when using Classroom Referrals and Allow Classroom Referral Actions.

Setting a time limit for teacher referral submission
We need a way that we can limit how many days prior to discipline referral can get entered. We want to lime the teachers from entering a discipline record prior to 3 days. If today is the 15th, we do not want them to enter a record for the 10th.

EA+ - Ability for teachers to search students by Other ID in gradebooks (My Students)
EA+ - Teachers receive emails regarding students by using the other ID, instead of student names to keep things confidential.
In all other areas of Skyward, the other ID can be used to look up students. Is it possible to have a search option or display the students other ID in EA+ Teacher Gradebooks > My Students that will allow this?11 votes -
Secondary Gradebook 2 Seating Charts
Hello:
Due to the virtual and hybrid as well as in person instructional choices, our teachers have inquired if it would be possible to have two different seating charts within the same class. I know that Student Groups can be created but do these groups also offer separate seating chart options? If so how can this be accomplished?

Method of Instruction Report For Teachers
Teachers need to be able to print a report that displays a student's Method of Instruction. Maybe just add Method of Instruction on the Class Roster report?

Create an online assignment in EA+ that can update attendance automatically
We need a quick and easy way for teachers in remote learning to take attendance. If we had the ability to create online assignments that updated attendance in the teacher gradebook automatically, it would save so much time. We could use a special code for this purpose so teachers could tell if the student has attendance by submission of an assignment vs. teacher manually taking attendance.

Allow teachers access to locker combos
Teachers can view the locker number under the profile in Educator Access Plus. They often help their students with locker issues but do not have access to the combos. Please allow a turn on/off access through security at the building level.

EA+ Portfolio access
It would be great if we could limit which portfolio attachment types are visible in Teacher access. Right now it is all or none.
For students and families, we can pick and choose which ones show to parents or students by attachment type.
It would be helpful to be able to do this setup by building as well. Thanks, Lisa

Develop Skyward to have the same communication capability with parents that Remind has.
Teachers need to communicate with parents and have to copy Skyward demo data into Remind. Could Skyward develop the same type of communication tool for teachers?

Gender Identity does not show when in EA+
When Gender Identity is turned on in a district and the option is set to show this in EA+ the Teacher's Student's widget still shows regular gender fields. The widget links to the My Student's browse and this does actually display Gender Identity when turned on. This is causing confusion and requiring districts to turn the widget off since a student is not being represented properly.

Missing Assignment Report Printing Per Student
When you go to print a missing assignment report, in Gradebook Reports, it groups the student together (printing on one sheet). We would like the ability to print this report per student so that each student is on it's own page through the gradebook reports. Currently you can only print one student at a time if you go to each individual student and go to their student options and missing assignments. This is a huge waste of time.
