Please clone Residence County in the E/W record when doing year-end roll-over. It is a required field, so we have to update every student.

Summer School YE/YS Process
If a student is retained at their default entity, the Grad Prom field on the profile tab = "R". When you run the YE process it checks to see if the student has the "R" on the default entity and if it does it will not clear out that field if the student is enrolled in SS. We have many student attending SSHS and will be promoted after completion. However, they all are still retained because of this "coding" in YE. CY Member
When running the Year Start Process, if a student Status is Inactive, update CY Member to No. If this is Yes and left yes and you have a data mining or crystal report that uses CY Member, you will get inaccurate data.

Year End
It would be great to have one place to put in the calendar with holidays, begin and end terms, etc. and have it filter to any other area it needs to be.

Utility to Reset Dr. Note Required
Need to have a utility where we can reset the "Dr. Note Required" flag as part of our EOY process.
