SPO/SRO module
I am reaching out on behalf of our School Police Officers. They were wondering if there is a module in Skyward in which our School Police Officers can document their interactions with students (similar to guidance notes) as well as documentation of charges that have been filed on students. They are looking for a module that they can use as a police reporting system to create templates for filing charges and such. If there isn't a module that is separate for this, where would you suggest that School Police Officers house this information in Skyward? Thank you!

Allow fields created in one custom report to be pulled into another custom report.
I understand user created fields in custom reports are unique to the individual form but having the ability to pull those fields into other reports would be a timesaver. Here is an example from our district.
Parents list their previous school and contact information on one of our enrollment custom forms. I would like to pull those fields into another custom report - student record request, so creating a request for records could be an automated process.

screen personalization as in with filters
Please consider making the individual screens adustable to personal preference. Such as the width of the columns and the order in which the columns are displayed. Just like in the filter settings. I guess in a nutshell, please make all screens filter friendly. It would be such a great help in viewing especially since the whole screens do not show and we may not use each columns info. I know I can adjust them manually but it needs to be done each time the screen comes up.

Can you increase the maximum display number on tables from 2000 to maybe 4000?
It would be helpful when using student browse or using the discipline browse by officer. We can utilize data in the tables without running reports.

Custom Forms
Hello: When creating fields for custom forms, it would be extremely helpful if there could be a warning or a pop-up stating that the data you have entered for this field has exceeded the Max Allowed Characters so that it could be corrected right away. What happens is that we don't know that the Max Characters have been exceeded until the form is active in FA or SA and we get hundreds of phone calls telling us that they couldn't complete the form because Max Characters have been exceeded.

Skyward field for "today's date" in custom form (auto populated for parent)
As we ask parents to fill out custom forms online, we ask that they "electronically sign and date" the form. We would like to be able to have the field for date auto populate the date they are signing so they don't have to type that date. When we print the form, it does show a date completed but parents do not see that date. We want them to see that they are signing and dating the form.

Change Theme color on screen of different year Course Master
When having to work in two different screens where one is the current year Course Master and another screen is a different year Course Master, it would be helpful if we had the option to chose a different theme color for the other year's Course Masters.

Time stamp field format in Custom Forms
It would be great to have an actual time stamp field available when creating custom forms. Right now we use a text field and put in the ToolTip instructions to enter HH:MM AM/PM, but rarely is it entered correctly. This is a huge hindrance if we want to pull data out of the system for any sort of analysis. An field that automatically fixes the formatting (like the date field) would be extremely helpful.

Custom Forms Table
When adding a table to Custom Forms, it would be beneficial to be able to resize the columns. Currently the columns are nearly impossible to resize.

Custom Forms option to post specific to Entity
It would be very helpful and improve efficiency if we could specify a custom form to show up in an individual entity, multiple entities, or the entire district. We have many CFs that are specific to the individual entity, and the list gets very long, and often repetitive when we have similar (but not identical) forms.

Printing Student Custom Forms in Student/Reports
Under student/reports/custom forms when adding a new template the "custom form selection" box has all the old forms that are inactive. Can this be fixed to view by the current year instead of scrolling all the way thru the list? Yes some of the forms can be printed thru data mining but it's not the actual form as we would need to add to the student cumulative folder
If the custom form is inactive then it should not be an option to select on the template.

More Space for Customize Bar in Student's Profile
The customizable area that stays on the top of each of student's screen is very helpful to users to quickly see information useful to them. It would be helpful to add the Team information to this area so that those that use Teaming could quickly see what team the student is on since many times that guides schedule times lunches (that are not put on schedules) and other matters in the building. Custom Forms Tab Needs Quick Print & Utility
I've submitted this before and it continues to be an issue at our district. If you access Students\Student Profile and select the Custom Forms tab the only way to print is to click Edit. This then requires a 'SAVE & PRINT' option which updates the Modified Date of the form. We really need a Quick Print button added here that looks at the Custom Forms Report - issue solved! Add Address Labels
Our district uses multiple Avery labels that are not listed in Skyward. In particular we use the Avery 5162. Because Skyward only allows whole numbers when setting up a custom label we cannot set up the dimensions for this template. Please load more label templates that are commonly used including the Avery 5162 and allow the custom label dimensions to be built using dimensions other than whole numbers.

PGF Survey Field
Would like to have the PGF Survey field available in custom fields so we do not have to export information we collect on a custom form and import it into this field.
This field is located in the KS/NCLB fields.
