NSOE - Unsubmitted Application Report
Hello:
Our District would like to request an "Unsubmitted Application Report" in the NSOE module. This would be extremely helpful for when guardians start an application and "think" they have finished it but actually have not. We had a guardian who started an application in February but didn't complete some of the custom forms but still thought he had completed the application. He finally stopped in at the school in May to find out why the application was not approved when it was never submitted so we did not know about the enrollment. How can we create an "Unsubmitted Application Report" for NSOE?

Would be nice to also have this incorporated:
1. A task that can be run to email NSOE applicants who haven't finished their application.
2. A daily report that shows the # of NSOE applications in process.
