Provide Skylert portal for staff and students
We have staff members wishing to update their contact information in Skylert but are unable to do so. There should be a way for staff members to have access to a Skylert tab similar to what guardians are able to do now and be able to update their phone numbers and alerting categories all in one place.

Would like the Deposit Number to show on this repo
Would like the Deposit Number to show on the Payment by Check Number Report and to have a total at the end of the Amount Column. It would also be nice if the name of the entity is at the top of the report so you know what building it belongs to.
This would be most helpful when trying to balance records at the end of a month to balance to our manual credit card receipts. We have several different systems we have to balance to and this would speed up the process.25 votes -
Please Secure Staff Confidential Data
I'm requesting that the data in WS\SF\SF be secured with more options of specific info to secure/provide access to as opposed to the current option of allowing access to all staff data or no staff data. We are using the parent conference scheduler feature this year and in order for our office personnel to be able to schedule conferences when parents call or stop in we need to allow the office personnel access to staff data. add Dr. Note Required student indicator
We use wanding to check in students arriving late to school. They enter their ID# on the keypad and then the security personnel check them in. The issue we have is that if a student is required to have a Dr. Note in order to enter school the student indicator for that is not visible on the wanding screen that the security folks see.

Military family flag/pseudo change in FA
When adding new students and on the general profile page there is a newer field for yes/no/not applicable for military families. We do track this info on new students but would like that info on all students. We would like to have this flag added to the pseudo change screen set up in family access so families can update this info on their own. These is a military field listed but that is for mailing to the military not if they are a military family. I've attached a screen shot of similar field setups.

While there's a clone button for IEP forms there is NONE for evaluation forms. It will make their life easier if there could be a clone button for evaluation forms too.

Display comments when application is not disabled
We would like to be able to post informational comments in family access for parents or students to see under the various applications. However you can only use the comments feature if the application is disabled. Example would be explain how to read or interpret the test scores so when parents would understand the data posted in Skyward.

Texas STAAR 3-8 Report
The additional Texas STAAR EOC Report WS\OF\CA\TS\RE is a very useful report for all secondary campuses is there any updates that will address a similar report for STAAR 3-8 Exams. This will facilitate analysis of student test scores as they move from campus to campus and or target for tutoring. The negative impact is that we have to use a separate third party software to assist with the analysis of student score data.

Fee Management enhancement(?)
My understanding is that this is because we bill by family and not student. We prefer to have parents pay activity fees via eFunds. If a parent pays 3 seasons of sports fees via eFunds prior to assigning the fees in FM eFunds then automatically assigns and pays the fee and then at a later time when we run the mass assign fee Utility the paid fees aren't recognized another (duplicate) fee is created and they now have unpaid fees. Report to list which guardians have opted in
Would like a report to list which guardians have opted in using the new feature "Receive Health Office Visit Notifications". A simple report perhaps with limits by entity and by date to list all who have opted in or all who have not opted in. Export to excel or print. Sort options by date by guardian name by entity by student name. Checkboxes on the report to show which delivery method they've selected (email fam access both)

Mass Add Endorsement and Option Utility
I would like to recommend adding a Mass Add Endorsement and Option Utility per grade level. I have to mass add the Multidisciplinary Endorsement and Option #1 to all of our current 8th graders and right now We would like this one updated to request a utility that includes ranges and by individual but also includes a processing list option. We are looking for functionality to match graduation requirements/career plans.

Hide "Absent" column in Family/Student Access
Our middle school mentioned that atudents are sometimes confused by the "Absent" column in the student gradebook display (picture below) within the "Gradebook" screen of Student Access. This screen appears when the student clicks on a class grade. When the "Absent" column shows a student as "Excused" some students interpret this to mean the assignment is also excused. Teachers are marking it as missing however the display seems to be causing an issue. It would be nice to be able to hide this column from displaying. Watchlist risk levels and values in data mining
Currently it does not appear that the watch list risk levels are available for data mining. By not having this it makes it harder to select custom data based on high or medium risk students compared to low risk students. In addition the value that appears on the WS\SS\RI\WL screen to indicate the watch list risk values are not exposed to data mining.
We should be able to include the risk level as well as the value that is stored. This will allow easy reporting of custom data for students with various risk levels. In addition we should be able…23 votes -
Diabetes Care Log needs additional BG fields
The diabetes care log only has one field for blood glucose (BG) results and one field for Carb Intake. For scheduled diabetes care this is sufficient; however frequently students have non-scheduled care due to high or low blood glucose. When this occurs blood glucose is tested a minimum of 2 times during one clinic visit and when a student has low BG carbs may be given more than one for treatment (every 15 minutes if BG remains low).

Take percentage off the Progress Reports
We are using Standard Gradebooks at the high school level. Our teachers want to email progress reports to parents. However the percentage of the grade shows on the report (see attachment). We have chosen not to display the percentage in Family Access or student Access. There should be a choice in the teacher's setup not to display the percentage in the progress reports. Right now it is not possible so they are useless for the our teachers. They really would like to use them.

Ability to delete more than one line at a time
When a person needs to edit the Maintain area before finalizing it would be helpful to be able to choose multiple lines to delete. When deleting several lines from the Maintain area you have to choose one at a time. This process can be very time consuming.
When deleting multiple lines by student or sorted by teacher the time saved by allowing the deletion of more then one at a time would be substantial. Currently I have to set my View as high as it will go to see the majority of classes for a specific teacher. When having your…

RFE for Guidance Note/Visit Attachement
We have had several requests for the ability to attach documents to a guidance note/visit just as can be done with other notes in the student profile. Currently there is no Attach button when adding a guidance note/visit. We don't even see a selection for Guidance in the drop-down list for All Notes. We think this would be a great addition to the program. having it all under the guidance tab would be ideal but at this point just having a place to attach a document would be great.

Editing alternate teacher transaction dates.
To improve the accuracy of PIMS StudentStaffSubtest template I would like to see your software allow for editing the teacher effective date ranges for alternate teachers. As it is now when adding an alternate meet to the course master the effective date defaults to the beginning of the school year. Unlike the primary meeet pattern alternate meets should not be required to have a teacher represented for an entire school year.
