The text on the summary page as shown in my attached example cannot be changed. Please make the custom so that we can change the text to read what we would like to read.
It currently reads "...Please select one of the following options:" However there is only one options to click on. That causes confusion for the parent. When I tested this I was like...am I suppose to have another button or just the one button. I think it would be best if you could just leave this wording off since there is only one button.
