My understanding is that because we have multiple IEP forms created a student would have to have all 5 forms complete for the instructors to get the "agreement" check box. This causes an issue for us because our students come to us from 5 different school districts so a student will only have 1 IEP form - not all 5 assigned to them.
I would request consideration to allow an IEP to be signed off on by teachers based on one form being complete.
