Preview Needed
Both the Student Mass Change and especially the Student Mass Delete (and maybe others) need some form of a preview.
I ran the Student Mass Delete utility in Report mode to verity that the proper number of students would get deleted. As you know when the utility runs it doesn't save the template. When I ran it the second time in Report and Report & Delete mode I didn't run it against the same range and ended up deleting all students from the entity.
Having both a Report mode and a Report & Delete mode is inadequate unless you can reuse the template. Student Mass Change can at least be run against a processing list. But some kind of preview before actual process would still be nice to have with both utilities. That would give the user one last chance to abort rather than blindly commit to potential mass destruction.

Student Mass Change has a preview, and Student Mass Delete has a Report Only option. Both methods allow you to review the results before committing to the database.
