Quick Print for Parent Web ID Letter
I'd like to see a Quick Print button on the web access tab so that we could set up or use a letter (either a Skyward configured one (like the basic/enhanced report card) or a custom letter like we have) and be able to generate a letter with the parents web access username and password. If there would be a better location to put the Quick Print button that's fine. Add LEP Y/N Option to Student Profile Tab
I cannot count how many different reports I run using Data Mining or exports of data that need to go to third parties reports for grants administrative reports and reports for funding associated to students who are ELL. Skyward allows us to search for LEP Served but doesn't have a simple LEP (Y/N) field as it does for Special Education. Frankly I'm shocked this request hasn't come across a long time ago. add an optional fee to a course
We currently can add a required fee to a course such as a fee for all students in choir. We can also add an OPTIONAL fee to an entire school population. We need to have the ability to add an OPTIONAL fee to a course. This would allow us to set up a fee for a garment bag to students in choir. Nice to have but not required. OR a choir dress if last year's does not fit anymore.

Email Guardians Button
Please add a button with exact functionality as "Email Teachers" only to "Email Guardians". Right now there's no way to email all the guardians in a family or to choose from amongst available guardians. User has to click the link write an email; click the link write another email etc.. Other possibility is to cc the other parent--but this requires switching back and forth through windows plus a copy and paste and errors are possible. If the attached screen had an Email Guardians button it would be so helpful!

Verification Status Report Needs Date Range Option
Greetings. We use the Returning Student Registration option via Family Access to register returning to district students as well as returning next year students. So essentially it's always open. Unlike NSOE there's no notification to our staff unless Pseudo Changes occur. I've shown them how to check the Verification Status screen and how to run this report. Problem is if you want to check a time frame or perhaps schedule this weekly to see if any parents completed this process (let's even assume with no changes so this would be your only option of even knowing) you always get the…

Health letters
Can the Vacc Letters be changed to "Health Letters" to automatically document any Hearing/Vision/Scoliosis/Vaccines/etc letter that is generated and sent home? It is important for these letters to be properly documented and recorded as being sent. Thank you

POS improvement
It seems to be when an incorrect number is entered and it takes you to the selection screen. The default is the first person in the alphabet and if you accidentally choose select instead of back the purchase is charged to the default person. It would seem to me that a better option than that would be when an incorrect # is entered you would get a message on the screen that lets you know that the # is incorrect. Ability to move widgets around when using Ipad
We aee an Apple district with most employees and students using Ipads. While at the user conference in October I was using an Ipad to follow along. During the Skyport & Mobile Apps for Finance & HR I was unable to move widgets with the Ipad -this not a functionality at this time on mobile devices.
It would be useful to have the same functionality of moving widgets around on a mobile device. As a district we would like to encourage more mobile use for hierarchy approvers but this is difficult when widget they need to quickly see is not…32 votes -
Parent needs to see all time slots that were avail
When a parent is trying to view all available conference time slots and a teacher is completely booked it only allows the parent to view the time slots taken for that specific course and section. We want the parent to see all time slots that were at one point available but are now closed. The parent in this example thought we only gave them 8 choices when in reality there were 30 available spots.

Auto Email Trigger/studen locator
The student check in at the nurse needs to trigger the automated emails to the teachers on the student schedule. Teachers usually do not even have access to the student management piece of Skyward which then also makes us give them access to that module so they can see the student locator to see if a student is in the nurse's office. The systems needs to include the auto emails for the nurse module and the student locator needs to be programmed in to be included in Educator Access. Percent Attendance by Teacher Report
It would really be helpful if this report also broke down by course. All of our PK classes report attendance in period 6. So the report combines the morning and afternoon classes together. We need the ability to show them separately.

Add Ability To Mass Fill Service Dist / School ID
To be able to mass fill the Tennessee Course Section Service District ID and Service School ID. As it is now: We must input this manually for every section which can be very very time consuming.

Utility to mass change "Date Due"
Need the ability to mass change "Date Due" on items within the textbook tracker. Specific to devices and not textbooks for students and staff who keep their iPad or Laptop over the summer and through the next school year.
This feature will be a time saver to admin/campus staff when updating inventory and due date information to be able to run a utility to change a due date for a specific date criteria to reflect a new date a year in the future will save having to adjust records one by one.15 votes -
Treatment Tab
We would like to request a Treatments tab in the Health area. Our nurses would like it to have the same functions as the Medication tab so that treatments can be entered and scheduled and be able to be reported on. The example given was a student that has seizures. The nurse has a daily treatment with this student that cannot be scheduled.

Add School Psych to list of Student Contacts
When setting up nightly email notifications it would be helpful to notify the school psychologist assigned to a student about special education evaluations since they are the ones that complete the evaluations. These people are not always service providers so they don't fall into that available category so I would like to see "school psychologist" added as a category under "Student Contacts".
This enhancement would keep school psychologists notified about upcoming evaluations and those that are past due.23 votes -
Custom report cards element cloning
This applies to CTE but could also have implementations in K-12.
While it is possible to clone Standards Based Custom Report Cards and change the school year (Being able to do this automatically as part of the cloning processes at the end of the year would be great) if you are using an object in the report to limit the results that you see on the report you are bound to having to select those each year.
