To reduce data entry and enable more electronic processing please create a way for families to enter new vaccination information - either as an option in Online Registration or as an item in Family Access similar to what is available in NSOE.
Similar to NSOE families can enter their student's vaccination records instead of having nursing staff enter all. This is a nice feature in NSOE but not all vaccinations are done at the time of the NSOE entry and there is no way for parents to go back in and add them later OR add future required vaccinations.
