What could we be doing better?

NSOE in Family Access - entity specific

Would like a option to be able to disable New Student Online enrollment in Family access for each entity. Making it entity specific.
Could this me accomplished by adding it to Family Access > Setting > Configuration > Entity Setup like the others we can enable and disable.
