Add Placed to Promotion Status
Promotion Status has Retained Promotedand Pending. Can we get Placed added to the list. When a student does not earn the promotion but is placed in the next grade we need to be able to document that the student was placed and not promoted.

Mass Add Process List to Activity
Please consider adding Mass Add Student's to Activity by Process List. We use custom forms to sign our students up for sports/clubs and are able to run these student's to a process list from there. Some sports/clubs have hundreds of student's sign up. This would enable our staff to mass add them to the activity instead of manually selecting each student which is very time consuming.
This would streamline the process of updating activities. We believe if you added the Process List capabilities most districts would take advantage of it ending in saving hours of staff time.32 votes -
Add the OTHER ID field to the Standard Report Card
We would like the field of OTHER ID added to the options in the header/footer area of the Standard report cards. As we work towards an electronic cum folder it is a requirement to have the Student's OTHER ID number on the report card so we can use that to rename the files for mass uploads to the electronic cum folder process.

Add Team to Sort Options for reports
Our Middle School and many others have Scheduling Teams. Often they need to sort data by these teams but it is not an option. Would like Current Year Scheduling Team from the Entity tab of the Student Profile added as a Sort Option.

Allow Parents to fill out Payment Plans during enr
Allow Parents to fill out Payment Plans during the enrollment process. It would be step #7 to make a payment or fill out a Promise to Pay Payment Plan. We presently have a URL to go out to Efunds to make payments but we would also like to have this information connected to Fee Management where it would set up the plan for payments when it is updated from online enrollment. This would keep it from having to enter information twice.

Student Health Report
Student Health Report and the report in the Quick Print area needs to include results for Convex lens Stereo depth perception Color blindness as required by PDE. Currently there is no ability to add these results to this report for an overall printout of all vision screenings. Nurses currently would have to create/print a separate Data Mining report for all students whose records need sent to other PA districts and for any all health printing of records.

Custom Tabs in Family & Student Access
We would like the ability to create custom tabs in Family & Student access. We have other content pages that would be awesome if we could integrate them into FA to make it a one stop shop.
Would like to have the option to name the tab. For the content would like to have the option to insert formatted text and HTML including iFrames with the student ID appended to the end of the URL. Would also like it to be LTI compliant.30 votes -
Online Conferences
It would be very helpful to have the ability for the parent/guardian to request an interpreter in online conference scheduling. Something we can pull in either data mining or (preferably) an indicator in conference reports. Without this we are using a lot of man hours compiling this information.
A box for parent/guardian to check stating they require an interpreter for parent/teacher conferences. Do not show periods on class schedule
We'd like to add the option not to display periods on schedules (just like the option to not display teacher names or room numbers). All 3 pieces of info can cause issues with students when we have to make schedule changes over the summer. We want to be able to show families which courses have been scheduled with no other information about the courses until close to the start of school.
The expected outcome is a check box to "do not show period on class" option on the Family Access schedule entity configuration screen.14 votes -
Custom Forms Tab Still Needs Quick Print Option
I believe I've submitted a request for this already but I'm unable to locate any details on it. Would still really like to see an option for Quick Print on the Custom Forms tab. This would be exactly the same as Quick Print in Enrollment Application Processing or simply an option to run the Custom Forms Report from this tab. Currently the only option users have is to EDIT and then Save & Print as there is no Print only option available. Mass add health note
Would love the option to add a health note but be able to have it chart in several children's files at once. So like a mass add medication but a mass add health note
Ex. Scoliosis screening letter sent home via mail for parental response.

Student Language Needs to be Under LEP Tab
Currently users with demographics access have all-or-nothing edit access to the Student Profile sub-tab under General if you provide them with security access to do so. The problem in TX is that only specific staff should be maintaining the Language field for a student. Because TX collects Home Language as part of enrolling a student it's imperative that not just anyone changes this field without referring to the Home Language form we collect the data on (state form). Texas STAAR EOC Report needs Student IDs added
This report is a great report. It pulls student's STAAR EOC information along with the Exemptions and the reasons. Pulling the reason for the exemption was not possible through data mining. This report needs to be further developed by:
Adding the Other ID (Student ID)or Student Alpha Key. With so many similar names it is time consuming to look up the individual students with similar names and compare scores in order to match up the correct student. This is especially involved when running the report at the (000) level.

The course master only allows a range of -02 - 12 when entering grade ranges for a course. Update it so that it accepts more values.

PGF Survey Field
Would like to have the PGF Survey field available in custom fields so we do not have to export information we collect on a custom form and import it into this field.
This field is located in the KS/NCLB fields.

Mass update grading periods
Please see the 2 attachments. I am trying to clone grading periods using WS\OF\AT\PS\UT\SC. I have updated the grading periods for campus 001. I am selecting to mass update "all entities" using 001. The entities all carry the same # of grading periods (same calendar terms YR & S1 & S2... all same throughout the district). It is not updating as requested. Change the 'Add a Fee' text
We would like to change the 'Add a Fee' tab to something like 'Optional Fees' or 'Manage Optional Fees' for parents to know where they have to go to add optional fee.
'Add a Fee' does not identify clearly enough that parents need to click to add/remove fees. Specially does not say anything 'Delete' the fees. This is very confusing so we are having a hard time to guide parents to pay fees. IEP Writer Import
The IEP Writer Import process is unable to be scheduled as a scheduled task. It would be ideal if the process could be scheduled to load a file from a location on the server. Per Skyward Customer Support several districts have inquired on this topic but no one has ever submitted it as an RFE.

Data Mining Reports posting to Family Access
Security setting in Data Mining reports posting to Family Access. We are requesting a warning and confirmation page when someone runs a data mining report that will get posted to Family Access. Currently if someone is not sure what they are doing they can post information to Family Access without realizing it. This can be done either by them marking Family Access in a data mining report they built or simply by running someone elses data mining report (to see what it is pulling) and not realizing the report is set to print on family access.
