Delete default attachment type of "Attachment"
We have created several attachment types however none of them are being used. When the registrar or whoever opens the window the first type they see is "Attachments" so they select it without reading/selecting the correct attachment type.
Currently there is a default attachment type of "Attachment". When deleted from the table it will automatically recreate itself.
