Display Year Specific Forms
When customers have NSOE open for CY and NY they are attaching custom forms specific to that school year. To help the staff be able to easily identify the forms that student filled out would like the Enrollment Application Processing Screen to only display the list of forms attached to the school year the student is applying to.

Add Attachment Feature
Is it possible to add a feature that will allow for parents to submit attachments such as JPG PNG PDF when requesting attendance requests (excuses)?
This feature will give parents the ability to upload any additional excuse documentation for the student (medical excuse personal excuse etc.). It will also provide the district with documentation provided by the parent that can be used in audit situations.26 votes -
Make Tardies turn different color than Absences
When the teacher is taking attendance tardies turn red just like absences. It would be easier to distinguish the tardies from the absences if the tardies turned a different color like yellow.
This would make it easier for teacher to make sure they have marked the students correctly. Looking at the screen if they see yellow and no students are tardy they would know immediately that the student was marked incorrectly.36 votes -
Delete default attachment type of "Attachment"
We have created several attachment types however none of them are being used. When the registrar or whoever opens the window the first type they see is "Attachments" so they select it without reading/selecting the correct attachment type.
Currently there is a default attachment type of "Attachment". When deleted from the table it will automatically recreate itself.37 votes -
CTE Reports for Student's Vocational record
Would like to see more reports available to print or customize for student's CTE records. For example I would like to be able to print a report for each senior student in our CTC that list the industry credentials they received for their whole CTC education - they may have received credentials during each year of their enrollment here. Need a way to show all their credentials to keep as part of a permanent file for the student who may request it for SOAR credits.

Rewrite Test Scores on Custom Transcripts
The Test Scores object on Custom Transcripts is a bit of a train wreck. Essentially you get a combination of a hand-made layout combined with the bulky poorly laid out Test Scores Report onto a single document...the snapshot of the attached transcript layout and then generated PDF was actually 9 pages long. There simply has to be a cleaner more professional way to pull Test Scores data. If it means redoing the report too we're all for it. Percent Attendance by Teacher Needs Another Link
Nearly every single one of our 21 schools asks for Percent Attendance. We've obviously needed to update security access because the report is located under Educator Access Plus however telling them over and over again how to get to it has become a bit mind-boggling. Is there any way we could add the link to this report to ALSO show under Office\Attendance\Reports? Wouldn't that make sense? Yes it's teacher-based thus being here is cool but it's also teacher and grade level based from an office perspective. Add Address Labels
Our district uses multiple Avery labels that are not listed in Skyward. In particular we use the Avery 5162. Because Skyward only allows whole numbers when setting up a custom label we cannot set up the dimensions for this template. Please load more label templates that are commonly used including the Avery 5162 and allow the custom label dimensions to be built using dimensions other than whole numbers.

Staff State ID
Please make Staff State ID available in Skybuild.
This is needed in Skybuild so they can import or export items to link staff information. They need another field to link to. Skybuild does have the ability to use the Student ID.92 votesLooking into options for adding Staff State ID to Skybuild.

PASS+ Room Allowed Based on Schedule
Students can use PASS+ to mark themselves present in any room. Please develop ability to identify if a student is in their expected/assigned room location and allow/deny student attendance based on whether student is in proper room/location. The PASS+ device currently denies attendance entry based on schedule (can't scan in during times that are not on the bell schedule). Having the PASS+ compare the device's room code to the student's schedule would prevent students from using PASS+ to sign in where they shouldn't be. Activity Lists from Processing Lists
We should be able to use a processing list to load students into activities. Currently the most efficient way to load students in mass into an activity is to create a fake class (and section) use the mass request utility to load the students into the fake class use the fake class to add students to the activity then remove the students from the fake class and delete the fake class and section. It would be way easier if we could use processing lists to load students into activities.

Add Placed to Promotion Status
Promotion Status has Retained Promotedand Pending. Can we get Placed added to the list. When a student does not earn the promotion but is placed in the next grade we need to be able to document that the student was placed and not promoted.

Mass Add Process List to Activity
Please consider adding Mass Add Student's to Activity by Process List. We use custom forms to sign our students up for sports/clubs and are able to run these student's to a process list from there. Some sports/clubs have hundreds of student's sign up. This would enable our staff to mass add them to the activity instead of manually selecting each student which is very time consuming.
This would streamline the process of updating activities. We believe if you added the Process List capabilities most districts would take advantage of it ending in saving hours of staff time.32 votes -
Add the OTHER ID field to the Standard Report Card
We would like the field of OTHER ID added to the options in the header/footer area of the Standard report cards. As we work towards an electronic cum folder it is a requirement to have the Student's OTHER ID number on the report card so we can use that to rename the files for mass uploads to the electronic cum folder process.

Add Team to Sort Options for reports
Our Middle School and many others have Scheduling Teams. Often they need to sort data by these teams but it is not an option. Would like Current Year Scheduling Team from the Entity tab of the Student Profile added as a Sort Option.

Allow Parents to fill out Payment Plans during enr
Allow Parents to fill out Payment Plans during the enrollment process. It would be step #7 to make a payment or fill out a Promise to Pay Payment Plan. We presently have a URL to go out to Efunds to make payments but we would also like to have this information connected to Fee Management where it would set up the plan for payments when it is updated from online enrollment. This would keep it from having to enter information twice.

Student Health Report
Student Health Report and the report in the Quick Print area needs to include results for Convex lens Stereo depth perception Color blindness as required by PDE. Currently there is no ability to add these results to this report for an overall printout of all vision screenings. Nurses currently would have to create/print a separate Data Mining report for all students whose records need sent to other PA districts and for any all health printing of records.

Custom Tabs in Family & Student Access
We would like the ability to create custom tabs in Family & Student access. We have other content pages that would be awesome if we could integrate them into FA to make it a one stop shop.
Would like to have the option to name the tab. For the content would like to have the option to insert formatted text and HTML including iFrames with the student ID appended to the end of the URL. Would also like it to be LTI compliant.30 votes -
Online Conferences
It would be very helpful to have the ability for the parent/guardian to request an interpreter in online conference scheduling. Something we can pull in either data mining or (preferably) an indicator in conference reports. Without this we are using a lot of man hours compiling this information.
A box for parent/guardian to check stating they require an interpreter for parent/teacher conferences.
