Health Records Vision and Hearing addition
This is our second year using your program. I noticed that when I use entry by home room for hearing and vision that what is required is not documented. I will begin by noting for you what needs documented then show you the nurse's proposal for modification of the entry by homeroom document.
All grades K-12 are required to have near and far vision screening and this documented. K+ or First grade are required to have Plus lens screening/Color vision screening and sterio depth perception screening completed and documented.Attached is our proposal for entry by homeroom for vision screening.

Need the Report Date to Appear On Membership RPT
Our Pupil Accounting department needs the report creation date to appear in the Attendance Membership Report header. This is an important piece of information that helps them when auditing.

Mass Update Conferences already created
There needs to be a utility created to mass edit conferences already created. Example PT conferences scheduled for 11/15/18. Had to be rescheduled due to weather. New date is now 11/29/18. All previously scheduled conferences for 11/15 need to be moved to 11/29.

Search by Parking Permit #
In Mobile you can do a search by parking permit # but you cannot do that in the desktop. It would be so nice to look up this way.

Ability to import Sports Physical field
We were able to import in a list of students who had physicals but we had to go into each record manually and click the Sports Physical box. This field was not available for import through Skybuild. Please add this field so that it can be imported or at the very least a utility that can mass update via a processing list.

Request for Multiple Calendars on Day Summary Repo
My request would be that instead of putting in a range of calendars that you be able to choose which calendars to use for the report. As a CTC we have multiple calendars for different schools different sessions etc. which are needed for state reporting and other purposes. It would be nice to incorporate multiple calendars onto one day summary report instead of having to run multiple reports in order to catch all the calendars.

Ability to import Teacher PIC
At the beginning of each new year we deal with adding PIC's for teachers into Skyward. We have a spreadsheet that we build all the demographic information into their staff information but there is no way to include the PIC. This makes for double entry and increases the probability of error.
If we had the PIC as an import option we could do it all at once and eliminate the double entry and reduce the possibility for error.45 votes -
Distinguishing "missing" from "pending" grades
In Skyward, if a teacher enters an assignment but does not instantly post the grade (given that the due date has been entered accurately), the student/parent dashboard lists the assignment at the top of the page as "missing." However, if I enter an assignment and am in the process of grading it, I need Skyward NOT to communicate incorrect things to parents/students. Please change that. There is a spot for me to mark a grade as "missing" as I enter grades for students who failed to submit a particular assignment. This must be distinguishable from a pending grade for which…

Medication:Link End Status with Stop Date
Currently the End Status drop down field is not connect to the End Date. So a Med can be stopped by the End Date and the End Status can remain as "Normal". The Medication tab in Student Profile will display the Medication as red "stopped" but the End Status drop down may still be selected as "Normal". This causes issues on Medication Reports and Data Mining. You cannot run a report for Stopped Medications based on the End Status.
Please connect the End Status to the End Date so that it defaults to Stopped when a Medication End Date is…58 votes -

parent notification
I would like to request that rather than a number pre-populating when a contact is selected as "notified" (in Office Visit) that we are able to choose from the list of numbers listed for that emergency contact and the option to choose email if we have emailed parents. The option to chart multiple contacts would also be helpful as custody situations. As it currently functions the system pulls in the first number for the contact. Add Homeroom Code and Homeroom Teacher to custom forms
Please consider adding Homeroom Code and Homeroom Teacher to the Skyward Fields available to pull onto the Custom Forms. A lot of times when we are setting up the Custom forms for parents to complete at the beginning of the year the forms that we want them to fill out require the homeroom field. At the high school and middle school level the students and parents don't always know who that is until the first day of school. We ask parents to complete these forms over summer. Staff - Allow import of all fields
The Staff screen has a lot of content. You all have the ability to send the screen to a csv file. There should be an opinion to input all the data the export provides. For example teacher certification ID. I.E. SC:3789852 Makes life easier during a first year transition as we are missing a lot of data and were told we can't provide an export again to have it uploaded.

Add Option for Custom Forms in Family Access
Family Access needs a Custom Forms option. More and more districts utilize custom forms to store information create Online Forms and use forms during registration and new enrollment. Once submitted or completed parents don't get to see that information. An option should be created so that a secure option can show the form in Family Access under a Custom Forms tab which should also include a Configuration option to rename the tab if the district prefers to call it something other than 'Custom Forms.' Add to EAPlus Student Hearing and Vision Test Info
Teachers would like to have available to them the Hearing and Vision Test Results for their students within the Teacher Access login. Parents can see a student's health information at their Family Access Portal teachers do not. Teachers need quick access to Hearing and Vision Tests for evaluation purposes with regard to IEPs RTI or other. They prefer to not bother the Office Staff for the information and the convenience to have it for a quick look up is invaluable.
