We would love to translate the detailed description for the grade mark legend on report cards. Currently we have to use the description to print on report cards because the detailed description can not be translated.

Student Current Scheduling Matrix View
We like using the Matrix view, but would like to be able to "hide" past terms, or have a filter option, so we can view Term 02 and Term 03 without seeing Term 01 for example.

Option to Run Scheduled Tasks Only on School Days
Our attendance office runs various reports and tasks but only on school days. Please consider an option of being able to run scheduled tasks only on days that are scheduled days of school. When these tasks run on weekdays that do not have school they create unnecessary reports and in the case of automatically marking students absent like we do in Positive Attendance she needs to remove those absences so parents don't get phone calls for absences on days we don't have school. Thanks for your consideration of this request.

injury report comments do not print all comments
The accident injury report does not print all comments/notes. A user can add free form comments on the Body Injuries table for EACH body part added. When you select to print free form comments on the Accident/Injury report it only prints the Health Notes from the main body of the Injury entry.
Either add another printing option to include the Body Part comments OR connect all comment/notes with the current Print Free Form comments in additional printing ranges. This will assure a user can print a complete injury report with all notes/free form comment areas.would also need a data…

Report to identify students with no gradebook comments
In EA+, teachers can go to the Posting Stauts in the gradebook and see a count and list of students who have no gradebook comment assigned to them for each class. We would like the ability to generate a report (or export or include in Teacher Tracker) that shows that information for all students or staff so we can quicky identify which students or teachers have not yet completed comments. Texas AAR date fields required--option for mass update
In Texas, we are required to include the following date information on our transcripts and through TREX. Speech Requirement met, CPR training, and Peace Officer Interaction training. Only the Speech Requirement date has a mass update capability. BEST Solution: Since all of these for most districts are taught during a particular course, it would be helpful if we could tie the requirement to the course so that when the student completes it the date is auto-populated. 2nd Best Solution: Be able to use range of the courses to mass update the dates for the specific item. Add Special Programs for export
We now have new Special Programs (Grad Pathways ILEARN ISTEP Retest) as well as other programs Title I Shrtnd Day Not Tested that are not available in Data Mining. We need them to be. SkyBuild Export only has eight of the Special Programs available for export. It would help if they also would appear in Skybuild.

Add option to record more than one grade level within Staff Entity Maintenance
We have several staff members (Art, PE, Music, etc.) who teach courses at multiple grade levels, however, the staff entity maintenance screen allows only one grade level to be selected. Ideally, this would allow for entry of more than one grade level in this screen as well as the option to select a default grade level.

Health Records Vision and Hearing addition
This is our second year using your program. I noticed that when I use entry by home room for hearing and vision that what is required is not documented. I will begin by noting for you what needs documented then show you the nurse's proposal for modification of the entry by homeroom document.
All grades K-12 are required to have near and far vision screening and this documented. K+ or First grade are required to have Plus lens screening/Color vision screening and sterio depth perception screening completed and documented.Attached is our proposal for entry by homeroom for vision screening.

Need the Report Date to Appear On Membership RPT
Our Pupil Accounting department needs the report creation date to appear in the Attendance Membership Report header. This is an important piece of information that helps them when auditing.

Vehicle info input during online registration
We ask for vehicle info for parking permits during online registration. All info has to go in to a custom form field and imported to the vehicle area. Making this available directly to registration as an update option would streamline the process. Parents would be able to enter the make/model color and plate number for us updateing that area and security would have access to it immediately not waiting for an import.

Career Plan Clusters
It would be very helpful to add an area in Career Plans for a drop-down to choose the endorsement cluster the student is on, and be able to run reports against it for CTE

Mass Update Conferences already created
There needs to be a utility created to mass edit conferences already created. Example PT conferences scheduled for 11/15/18. Had to be rescheduled due to weather. New date is now 11/29/18. All previously scheduled conferences for 11/15 need to be moved to 11/29.

Search by Parking Permit #
In Mobile you can do a search by parking permit # but you cannot do that in the desktop. It would be so nice to look up this way.

Ability to import Sports Physical field
We were able to import in a list of students who had physicals but we had to go into each record manually and click the Sports Physical box. This field was not available for import through Skybuild. Please add this field so that it can be imported or at the very least a utility that can mass update via a processing list.

Teacher Effective Date
Please add Teacher Transaction Date available on MEET screen. This causes many fatals for Texas PEIMS State Reporting.
