Method of Instruction within Student Browse
Would be very helpful to have MOI as a field available in one of the Student Browse Views or create a new View for this. This would be an easy and quick way for school admins or office staff to see which students are missing a code or to set filters to display one particular group and drop them to Excel. I know they can run a data mining report but the Student Browse is much quicker and easier to use for our staff who aren't comfortable creating their own DM reports.

Processing List for Student Profile and Browse
It would be helpful if we could use Processing Lists for viewing a group of students in Students>Student Profile and Student Browse screens.
There are times when we need to modify something for a specific group of students. It would be a tremendous help to flip between the students based on a Processing List.

Clear All Missing Work Checks for a Quarter
It would be wonderful to be able to clear all the missing work checks for all students in all assignments in a class for a quarter at once instead of having to do them assignment by assignment.

Print Online Applications on 2 Pages instead of 3.
We have to print out online applications for auditors, food service people, etc. The print area is set so that it prints 3 pages and takes a lot of space in notebooks, additional paper, etc. We would like to see the print area reformatted so that it would print on 2 pages (or one page front and back). It looks like it would be simple to remove the page break prior to Step 4 and include it on page 1. Thank you!

Medication Expiration Dates in Data Mining or Medication Reports

There is no way to run a medication report for the Expiration Date Field on Track Medication Inventory. Please add the Expiration Date Field to Data Mining. This will help nurses keep track of expiration dates, even when the Family Access Automated Email is not enabled.It would also be helpful to add the Expiration Field to Medication Reports so you can set up a report and task to help you keep track. Add Internal ID to a student search or student browse area
The Internal ID is automatically shared to School Messenger, OneRoster and other vendors that we auto roster to. It would be very helpful, especially when troubleshooting issues, to have a way to look up a student by the Internal ID. This could be accomplished by adding it to the list of options on the Student Lookup search page or by adding it as a column on one of the student browse views.

Option for New button to write to grade bucket
We have a tremendous number of students changing classes due to current conditions. When teachers use the New button, we have to either repost grades or manually enter grades into grade buckets. It would be nice to have an entity level option that writes the transferred grades into grade buckets,

Attendance comment report
The Attendance Comment Report is used by our elementary school. But instead of homeroom number, it would be more helpful to have homeroom teacher and student grade on this report. The sort by Date/Student doesn't even have HR number. We would love for HR teacher and grade level to be a choice on this report.

A WAY TO CHECK FOR HOLES IN THE STANDARDS REPORT CARDS
Can we look at finding a way to look for holes in the Standards Gradebook like we do with the Secondary Gradebook? We have both gradebooks in our district and we are closing out the end of the school year and I want to make sure that every student has a grade for each skill/subject. It may not help for this year, but next year would be great.

Requesting update to report in this path WS\OF\CA\GR\RE\SE?
It would be helpful for this report to have the option to print the Student's Other ID on the report (not just the NameKey). The Other ID is a main id that counselors use when reviewing information about students on various other reports and documents.

Message Center - allow TIME to be included when posting to Student and Family Access Message Screen
When creating a message in the message center, there are 2 options, include in Student / Family Access and email. With the email you can specify a date AND time when it will be sent. But with Posting to Student / Family Access you only get a date.
Please allow the same TIME option to be included for WHEN it will post to the student / family access page too. We might send an email at 6 pm and we do not want "early" notice also being posted to the message wall in Student / Family Access. The messages should…

A module that would allow schools to print ID cards using a created template.
The ability to upload a created template into Skyward where we can print student ID's (including creating a bar code).
Unless there is already the ability that I do not know about.

Transcripts posted to portfolio
It would be nice if transcripts could be posted to the portfolio tab the same way report cards do.

Special programs reminder on entry/withdrawal
Currently, in the entry/withdrawal, if a student has a special program tab, it prompts us to add or drop when a student is adding or dropping. There are two new tabs under the Special Programs that do not have this "reminder". It is the SAAP and the Method of Instruction. It would be nice if it would automatically que us to remember to close out those records.

Add Additional Column to Course Master-Details View for Teacher Conferences
Add an “Allow Teacher Conferences” column to the Course Master - Course Details view to avoid having to expand each course or run additional reports to see which courses are set to allow teacher conferences and which are not.

Allow for sorting by other categories when posting daily attendance by name.
Allow for sorting by other categories (such as student indicators) when posting daily attendance by name. This way, teachers that are conducting classes in-person and virtually at the same time can sort quickly.

Add Effective Date on Staff Maintenance
Hello: We often get communication from our HR Department indicating an employee exit with a specific date. Typically that date is in the future. It would be extremely convenient if and effective date could be added to the Staff Entity Maintenance area to flag the exact date that the staff member should be flagged to Inactive. This would eliminate having to "Save" HR notifications and then remembering to inactive or activate the staff member based on information from HR.

Sort Mailing Labels by Student Last Name or Student Demographic Fields
The Family Census Report where you can run Family Mailing labels does not have the ability to be sorted alphabetically by student last name.
You also cannot run mailing labels based on basic demographic indicators.
For instance, we want to run all free and reduced students mailing labels and organize them by student last name alphabetically.
Data mining is NOT an option that can be used for this because our secretaries do not have security access to enter the food service password to run these reports.
There are multiple times a year when the nurse needs to send out notifications…

Add the ability to filter on special codes in the gradebook progress reports or missing assignment reports
I have several teachers that have requested a way to track late assignments. They use a special code of Late for this but there is no way to print a report for only students with late assignments. They would like this for RTI purposes .
