Email Notification for Student Name Change
When students have been adopted and last name or other names change, send out an email notice so that those who work with the student are aware of the change. If there could also be a way to type in the 'old' name and be redirected to the 'new' name, that would be very helpful as well.

Add new field to Data Mining
There is a new field that was added to Skyward that is not available in Data Mining. The field is on the E/W screen - Exclude from EOYA. I need to see how many of our students are not marked before we do the state upload but because this field is not available from Data Mining, I cannot get what I need.

Ability to view who has requested a login and password for NSOE application to follow up if they completed the application
I need to be able to see who requested a login and password to apply and did not complete the application. Ran into issues with families thinking they had applied and it was not complete.
If an email could be auto generated to me for anyone requesting a login and password to complete the NSOE, I could monitor to see if they complete the application and email them to see if they need assistance if they did not.

NSOE - Unsubmitted Application Report
Hello:
Our District would like to request an "Unsubmitted Application Report" in the NSOE module. This would be extremely helpful for when guardians start an application and "think" they have finished it but actually have not. We had a guardian who started an application in February but didn't complete some of the custom forms but still thought he had completed the application. He finally stopped in at the school in May to find out why the application was not approved when it was never submitted so we did not know about the enrollment. Allow the order of NSOE step to be changed
We would like to be able to change the order of the steps in NSOE. For instance, we want to have parents fill out step 6 (custom forms) before adding requested documents (step 5).

Replace Gender with Gender Identity in the header area within Student Management
In Student Management there is the ability for users to pick fields (customize) they want displayed on the header area. Please either add Gender Identity as an option or replace (preferred option) the current Gender field option with the Gender Identity field.

Mass Add Staff to an Entity
Hello:
Having a utility that will Mass Add and then Mass Delete staff to an entity would be extremely beneficial. For example our district has a separate entity for summer school (Entity 600) and each year we have different staff members that teach and participate in summer school and they need to be added to that entity. It would be extremely helpful if, each year we could mass add those individuals to the summer school entity and then at the completion of summer school mass delete them. Add school issued device to student check out form
Can we add, to the student check out form, an area to indicate that their school issued device has been returned? Or better yet, could we add in the Web Access AUP area, a way to indicate who has a device and possibly the tracking number on it? Maybe have the ability to import from Destiny (as an example). Then have that pull into the form as well.

Addition of identifying information for siblings
It would be a great asset if the siblings that are listed in the family tab could be identified with grade level and entity. This has become a great need during the Covid-19 situation. When a student has been exposed, one entity has to reach out to the other schools to let them know the siblings may be required to quaratine as well. Nurses usually have access only to their specific students and can't see what entity the siblings are tied to in order to make contact.

MOI entry triggers automated email to support with multilevel communication
Add an automated email for MOI changes/updates so when the MOI is changed, it would automatically trigger communication to corresponding staff (classroom teachers), secretaries and specialists (library staff, phy. ed., art, etc.) to notify them the return date or last day of in-person or virtual learning.
The same to be done for parents to notify them of the approval request to their desired instructional program change (in-person to virtual or virtual to in-person).
This would have to be visible by staff and in Skyward Family Access.

Enter in the Change History address information for existing students.
When we have KG's WITH EXISTING SIBLINGS and the parent enters in an address that is not what is on the existing siblings address info, but NSOE links the students together and updates the existing students address......can this be made and entry in the Change History tab? An address change on the existing student with the program of NSOE would be great.

We would like to see the option added for automated emails for demographic changes which would include changes of the following:
Date of Birth
Gender
Social Security Number
Ethnicity

Provide more access for non-primary families
It's not right for schools to be put in the predicament of choosing one guardian over another to be "primary" in divorced family. Equal parental rights should have equal parental access in the system. I understand there may be cases where one guardian can overwrite another guardian's information on the student, but as long as that information is tracked and perhaps put through the pseudo-changes approval process, then it can be managed.

NSOE
It would be extremely convenient if, when denying an NSOE application after giving the reason for denial, the guardian could then have the option to make corrections to the existing application and then resubmit it rather then having to start the entire application process over again.

Maintain File Date Stamp
I would like to recommend a way to know when your maintain file was extracted last and who the user was. This assists in knowing where you are in the process when multiple people might be working the file as well as time/date stamp is also helpful to know for the purpose of determining the accuracy of the data.

Grade Level Visible When Posting Grades
Our school posts grades for seniors days before posting for the rest of the school. While you can change the display options in the gradebook to see a student's grade level, once you go in to post grades, the grade level is no longer visible. It would be great if it would carry over so then teachers would know which students are seniors and who they have to post grades for.

In the online registration set up I would like to be able to add multiple Custom forms under 1 step.
I would like to be able to add multiple custom forms under one step of online registration. Perhaps Athletics and have 5 forms a,b,c,d,e instead of adding 5 steps to fill out 5 athletic custom forms. Same as the verify student information tab.

Create Utility to Mass Add/Update Bill Codes
Create a Utility to Mass Add or Update Bill Codes. Example: Our equipment damages accounts changed, so we have to manually update each Bill Code for each piece of IT equipment. Don't want to have to update every Bill Code with the same data. Instead be able to upload a file with the data to update or with all data to Add new codes.
