Regular Ed Teachers (EA+) are unable to see the SE Exit Date & Reason
We have students that have exited from special education and their student profile is still showing the student services tab and it is confusing to the regular education teachers, because it doesn’t say the student is exited. The student indicator no longer shows, but the student service tab is still there. Would it be possible to show the SE Exit Date & Reason on the EA+ Student Services view?

For the Oct 1 Child Count, if a student is NOT being counted due to different placements and another school is claiming them, it would be nice to have an "Exclude" button in entry/withdrawal similar to the "Exclude from 3rd Friday Count" button.

Starting grade for Standards Based Gradebook
Standards based grade books should have the option to transfer in a starting grade like the secondary grade books allow. Many of our students transfer in from schools that do not use standards based report cards. It would be VERY helpful to allow teachers to enter a starting grade so parents have an ACCURATE idea of what their child's grades are. (My district uses both standards and a final percentage in our standards based report cards.)

Total College Credit Hours for students
Currently, our counselors are calculating by hand and by looking at the transcript to determine if a student has enough college hours for an Associates upon high school graduation. It would be helpful if these course hours could be data mined out (current and historical classes) or have a report in Skyward that can be used to get this data.

Add Gender to the Identity tab
It would help if gender were on the Identity tab so we could specify the gender per DOE reports.

Add the ability to sort by class for the student missing assignment report
Allow the gradebook student missing assignment report to sort by a class and teacher, so this report can be run and given to the study hall/pride time teacher for that student to make sure those students know what they should be working on in study hall/Pride Time.

It would be great to see the OTHER ID on the Student Locator. We have to go to another screen to get the other id.

Have "Other Name" from Student Profile as a field option in the Food Service POS module.
When a student goes by a name other than their legal name, Food Service should be aware to so we use the correct name during meal service.

Would it be possible to create a field in the attendance entry by date screen to record the time and it would autofill the correct periods.
Would it be possible to create a field in the attendance entry by date screen to enter the in/out time and it would autofill the correct periods based off the students schedule. We have 4 grade levels with different time periods. At this time, we need to go into the student record to confirm the period with the time for each student.

Prevent deletion of Evaluation
From Student Services, Special Education, Student Profile, it is too easy to delete a student's Evaluation, which also deletes al IEPs, forms, placements and disabilities under that Evaluation.

Add Default Entity Column in Staff
Please add the Entity ID column to the General Staff view... if I switch to the Entity view I don't get their title, email, name ID, DPI Ed #, etc... if I switch to the General view I don't get their Entity. Just need that one field on the General view. Thank you!!!

teacher license number and student state ID on same report
We would like to be able to have a report with students' state ID number and teacher license number. This is required for our screener which is required by the state.

Mobile ID Card - Make available to parents in Skyward Family Access mobile app
PLEASE make the Mobile ID Card for students available so that it can be enabled on the Family Access side for the Parent App! We need this for the ability to scan when parents come to pick up their students early or in the event of a reunification event as well as many other uses. Thank you!

Academic Areas - Please take away cross-entity ability to see/edit/delete
It would be very helpful if the academic areas was only available to view per entity, editing is only allowed in entity subject/skill was connected to, subjects/skills are only available for other entity to clone and not for them to edit or delete, and/or a "canned filter" is available to filter out other entities.
Example: Currently, if our high school secretaries go into the academic areas they are able to edit and delete the subjects and skills entered in the elementary entity. If the high school adds academic areas they are mixed right in with the elementary ones. Also if…

Mass Email Account Reset Link based on Processing List or Reset Needed
The current ranges within the Mass Email Account Reset Link utility are very limited. It would be helpful two have the following two options: 1) Email based on processing list; and 2) Email only users who have not reset their password within the current school year.

Add <login ID> field to automated email system
Presently, there is no way to configure an automatic email to students containing their Student Access Login ID—not unless you configure the username to be the same as a currently existing field, such as namekey. Ideally, we would want to configure an automated email based on the Enrollment Change/Student Entered trigger with the ability to insert <login ID>.

I would like to see more security limits under WS\ST\TB\PR\PR . I don't want them to be able to change student’s names here.
I want our secretaries to be able to update the "General Information" but I don't want them to be able to change the legal "Student Name".

Student Profile Column Adjustment
Would love the ability to adjust the size of the Activity Tab column (left to right) in Student Profile. Would also be nice if the columns that get adjusted would remain the size you chose until they were altered again.

Add a No Show Automated Email
Indiana Districts are required to report one-day mobility. The easiest way to create this enrollment/withdrawal record is to use the No Show tool. This ensures that staff are following the directive setup by the district with the No Show option to ensure a withdrawal date and schedule adjustment is processed correctly every time.
