Medicaid Area in Student Management/Student Profile
We would like to see the Medicaid tab listed under Student Managment/Student/Student Profile/Health. Our nurses are in here adding medication and office visits more than they are in the Office/Health Records/Student Profile area.

Add All Entry and Withdraw dates to the transcript
Need the ability to add all Entry and Withdraw dates for the student on the custom transcript for the entire time the student was enrolled in the district regardless of what school the are currently active in.

Do Not Report to Ed-Fi - Enrollment Record
We need a "Do Not Report to Ed-Fi" box on the E/W entry page so certain entity enrollments can be ignored for the Ed-Fi sync.
Situation: we have an entity that is our alternative school. We enroll students from our distirct as well as neighboring districts. We need to report the students from the other districts for attendance purposes, so we gave the entity our HS DOE number. This causes issues when our students enroll or withdraw from this entity. Report Legal Name to Ed-Fi - add checkbox field in data mining
PLEASE add the "Report Legal Name to Ed-Fi" checkbox as a Yes/No option to choose in data mining so that we can find inconsistencies without having to stare and compare as to which names have changed. Thank you!

Add National Recognition Program to FTE/Diploma Tab
College Board has added a new National Recognition Program. We would like it added to the FTE/Diploma tab in Student Management under the National Merit Scholar selection. It would need a drop down box with four selections:
African American Recognition Program
Hispanic Recognition Program
Indigenous Recognition Program
Rural and Small Town Recognition ProgramFile from the College Board is attached as well as an image of the FTE/Diploma tab with the area we would like it added to.

The student PIN number needs to be added to Skybuild import and export especailly since TN has been moving away from SSN to PIN numbers.
TN Dept of ED had directed TN schools to move from SSN to local generated PIN numbers. Skybuild needs to have the PIN number added as field option.

Option to show Unpaid Food Service Balance and Unpaid Fees Owed on the main screen of the mobile application. You can see menus, grades, unread messages, etc. But you have to click into the full menu of the mobile app to see unpaid balances. Fees owed and schedules should show on the main screen of the mobile application for all families.

CAREER PLAN - Identifying the class from AP/Honors/Regular better by name and weight classification/add course number too.
CAREER PLAN -- It would be VERY helpful if in the Career Plan screen, where the name of the class shows, if either the full name shows or the shortened name of the class shows, and the course numbers. It is not helpful to see a partial name because you cannot see if it is an Honors class or not. We typically have the course code reflect if it is an honors class, as well as having the word or at least the letter 'H' tacked on to reflect that it is honors. Also, in the weight area, the first…

Need to export F1 and F2 information in separate record line for Transfinder Transportation Export/Import
Using Transfinder transportation software, we need to be able to export a separate record for Family 1 and Family 2, so that Transfinder can assign bus routes for both addresses for a student.
Right now only one address is being exported for students with two families so only one set of stops can be created and imported.

PA: Economically Disadvantaged record start or end created when lunch code effective date changes
When lunch codes change, so does the Economically Disadvantaged special programs record. Unfortunately, one does not "trigger" the other. Since you cannot schedule a task for mass adding a special programs ED record, you cannot fully automate the process. If you eliminate the process of Previewing then Updating then it can be a scheduled task. OR add economically disadvantaged to your list of importable program type. Currently, you can only import immigration status and method of instruction. SEE ATTACHMENT

Allow fields created in one custom report to be pulled into another custom report.
I understand user created fields in custom reports are unique to the individual form but having the ability to pull those fields into other reports would be a timesaver. Here is an example from our district.
Parents list their previous school and contact information on one of our enrollment custom forms. I would like to pull those fields into another custom report - student record request, so creating a request for records could be an automated process.

Method of Instruction- Mass Delete Special Programs
We currently use 4 different MOIs. We would like to be able to Mass Delete and Mass End a specific MOI. Currently, there is no option to do that- it is set up to mass delete or mass end on a specific date.

Add Student Ranges to Nightly Auto Email
Nightly Auto Emails are being generated for inactive students long after they have left the district or graduated. Add Student Ranges functionality, like there is for Event Auto Email. See attached screen shots showing setup

Disable teacher gradebook viewing abilities for Semester 2
While building Semester 2 schedules, it would be very beneficial to deactivate teacher viewing abilities in gradebooks for Semester 2 only. Building schedules is a process in which the Counselor assigns courses, then proceeds to shuffle the courses according to requirements that need to be met for each individual student. When teachers can view the schedules as the Counselor is beginning the process, we are bombarded with unnecessary emails and drop-ins. The capability to activate viewing abilities once the schedules are fairly settled, when teachers most definitely can offer input regarding students that may have been overlooked, would be far…

Clone Section 504 Data (excluding Dates) in Special Programs - Section 504
When entering the Section 504 Data in Special Programs for each individual student, it would be nice to have a Clone Tab so it would clone all the information as far disabilities and Student Accommodations. Most of this information stays the same each year; but dates would need to change.

Ability to Mass Delete templates by date for Report Cards/Progress Reports
I have so many Report Card/Progress Report Templates that must be deleted and i have to delete each one. I have one for the report card, one for the upload to the portfolio for RC, one for Progress Reports and one to mass upload to the portfolio. That is possibly 4-6 per year for all 40+ campuses.
