Hiding final grades in Family Access for standards gradebook
It would be great if we could hide the final grade in family access for standards gradebook. New DOE rules, we have to send a final grade across for ALL courses. We are adding the P/F to report, but we do not include that on report cards. However we can't block it from family access. It makes no sense to parents because there is no pass or fail for elementary grades.

When running the D/F list through the grading and attendance analysis, it would be great to be able to include percentages. We spend a lot of time going back into each individual student's profile to look up their percentage.

Roster Report Active Classes
When Creating Template for printing of Class Roster would be good to have option to search for individual classes that have status of Active. Currently there is no filter for Status

Secured User History Report
It would be helpful to have a secured user detailed history report. We have internal audits and at times are questioned by state auditors for this information. A report that can be ran by secured user and for a date range that displays detailed history accessed by that user or an option to select user defined fields of access.

TSAI2 Scores - Seamless integration
I would like to propose an idea that I believe will significantly benefit Texas School districts and streamline the assessment upload process within Skyward Student Information System (SIS).
The inclusion of TSAI2 scores in our SIS is crucial for assessing student progress and ensuring their readiness for College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR). However, I understand that certain assessments may not be considered mandatory by the state, which has led to Skyward in not making or helping districts with integrating TSAI2 scores into the SIS an easy process.

Switch School Year button for the "Room Codes".
Since the Homeroom Codes have the ability to be updated by using the Switch School Year button, it would be very helpful to also include the Switch School Year for the room codes. The descriptor for the room codes can and do change from current to future.

Add date ranges for enrolled and dropped schedule class status to Grade and Attendance Analysis, Grade Input and Proof Sheet, Selected Grade
Add date ranges for enrolled and dropped schedule class status to Grade and Attendance Analysis, Grade Input and Proof Sheet, Selected Grade Reports. So that registrars can put in a start and end date for students enrolled in a class. This would be useful when looking for missing grades for a term.

Family Cap Report
We would like to see a Family Cap report for Athletics. Currently the only way to see it is to run the fee code totals and it is not real pretty. I tried to convert it to Excel and sort it by Family Cap and it is a mess.

Automated Email
In the automated emails, have an NSOE Application that will look at the Stage Code and based on that code send an email to parents. Like applications that are missing required documentation. Right now we email parents individually, it would be so helpful if this was set up automatically.

Need the ability to block view in student/family access of academic history for certain students just like you can for block them from seeing their schedule and current grades

Other name
The other name field needs to be added to the enrollment process. The other name only shows in registration.

other name option in food service pos
Have "Other Name" as a screen field option in Food Service POS. It is available for teacher gradebooks but not for the cafeteria.

General Collection Data Extract
When extracting for my General Collection, I'd like more filters to extract groups separately. For example, I'd like to be able to extract only the Special Education kiddos. Currently, I'm using a Processing List to do this, but it would be nice to have a few features built in.

Registrar Configuration
We have discovered that staff can change the status of an approved application to WIP IF the student is Inactive. Our district does now want this to be an option. We would like to request an additional check box option to not allow staff to change the status of an approved application.

We would like to mass import Student PIN and Previous SSN field which is on TN/NCLB tab through Skybuild import.

Print course on transcript, but NOT on report card
We would like the option to print courses on student transcripts, but NOT on report cards. Right now, that is an all or nothing option. Can you please separate these options so that we can choose to print on one or the other?
This would be extremely helpful for our Dual Enrollment courses that do not need to be printed on student report cards (they were not taken at our school), but still need to be printed on transcripts.

Add Foster Care to Export File Builder
Inside the SkyBuild under Special Programs there is no ability to pull the data inside the Foster Care Fields on a student's profile. We need to send this data out for some software/applications and it is not there. It has other programs like Homeless and LEP but Foster Care is missing. This would be super beneficial to be able export our student data in the SkyBuild.

Add Advisor Designation to Staff Info Screen
We would like to request an "Advisor" staff designation be added to the staff information screen so staff members can be assigned the advisor role between entities without having to add the entity permission to the staff member. The counselor field is not always available on certain reports that campuses and district administrators use.

Add From Email address field in Automated Email
Add the option to send from email address field in Automated email. Similar to the option in Message Center. When the automated email is sent to guardians, the person setting up the email should not always be the person the parent is replying to.

Report with Discipline Code detail
Offense Code configuration allows for checkboxes (drug related, weapon related, etc) and state Incident Types in Skyward. Right now the only way to view this information is to expand/edit each code individually (per Skyward help ticket); I would like a report that shows these settings for all codes.
