enrollment report today
We would like to add today as a range option for the Enrollment Report under Student/Office/Attendance/Reports in order to run it as a scheduled tasks. I run this report everyday and I have to change the date range.

training options to help families navigate the mobile app and troubleshooting issues
When families run into issues using the app I am not able to help them. I don't have any training on the app and I can't get into it as a parent to see what they are viewing. Is there any way to at least add training videos?

Add field to Emergency Information Report to include "Pick Up"
Add field to canned report underneath student reports, Emergency Information Report, to include "Pick Up". There are instances where there is an individual who is not authorized to pick up the child even though they are a contact.

default fee due dates
When student fees are pushed out at the start of the year through the mass fee creation utility they are able to all be given a specific due date. As students are enrolled and scheduled after running the mass fee creation utility, their fees due date are the date that the course is added. Same with when a schedule is changed, the due date for the new course fees is the date the course was added. This creates an issue when parents go to view their fees and any new fees will show up as past due. It would be…

Add Graduation Date to transcripts
Add the field Graduation Date to be added as an object on custom transcripts. We are using a free form text box to add the graduation date.

E/W Residence County included in rollover
Please include Residence County from E/W record in the year-end rollover. It is a required field, so we have to update each student.

Family Access Missing Assignments
When we get a new student in our school the assignments that were given prior to their enrollment show up as missing assignments. Parents/Students get confused or upset about the number of missing assignments that then show up. Past assignments should not show up for new students that enroll into a entity.

Course Requests Configuration by Grade Level
In the Course Request Configuration in Student Access, we can choose the option to Use Course Request Time Periods to Determine if a Window is Open, and set up the time period by Grade Level. This option is helpful, but we need to also Limit the Number of Requested Credits by grade level. Sometimes the request windows can overlap.

Students Current Scheduling - allow filtering of dropped courses
Include a "dropped" field in the actual List View so that Dropped Courses can be Filtered out. Will make it much cleaner for counselors to view and at the same time easier to match with Student Fees. I realize they are color coded, but it still junks up the schedule.

setting to always drop and never delete courses
Could there be a setting to restrict end users to always drop and never delete a course when changing a students schedule? Deleting a course rather than dropping it causes problems in several of our outside programs and it still happens even though we have tried to educate people to always drop and never delete.

option to exclude a calendar on the CTE Contact Hours utility
I think it was last year or maybe year before that TEA requires a calendar with instructional type DAEP ... our DAEP is not its own entity, it is a "program" so students remain in their home entity and get a schedule change to be with DAEP teachers ............. so recently I've realized that instead of exluding LOTS of DAEP sections in the contact hours utility ... it would be a lot simpler and cleaner to specify our AEP calendar to exclude those students from getting contact hours while they are at DAEP

Resident District/ Address Master
Would it be possible to tie the Resident Enrollment field on the entry withdraw to the address master? So once the District for that address is identified it stays with that address no matter who moves in. It would eliminate having to research that address every time someone moves in.

Increase New Student Online Enrollment Clarification/Field Sizes
I am currently setting up New Student Online Enrollment for our school district and when I explain the process on the parent side to college educated people I have to repeatedly explain that the New Student Online Enrollment is in reality (for our school process, I understand this could be the only step for enrollment for new students) more like an application, which we verify, and then they would completed the Student Registration. I wish there were more characters under the General Application Options "Rename "New Student Online Enrollment" to: New Student Online Enrollment Application to help clarify this process…

Mass Update At Risk Field
Currently we can only mass add one record to our At Risk field. The state of KS has up to 12 options to check that qualifies a student for At Risk. Once we mass add a category ie ESOL if we get a list of another indicator later ie Migrant we can do a mass add, but it will only pull in those that aren't already marked. We then have to go in to each student and mark them individually. In our district we have several thousand ESOL, several thousand students who are marked under the Dyslexia screener and almost…

Add secondary guardian contact number to display in Student Profile
We would like to include both guardians' phone numbers in the student profile, as shown in the attached screenshot. This addition is essential for emergency situations, as individuals are currently unable to find the second guardian's phone number in the information panel. In an emergency, it is crucial that this information is easily accessible.

Add student / state / alphakey ids to the monthly/quarterly report
There are currently no student ids for the monthly/quarterly report. Any id would be a wonderful addition to be able to compare against state files for chronic attendance. Thank you!
