Show weighted and unweighted GPA
In the GPA summary section of a student profile, we would like to see an unweighted GPA as well as the weighted GPA that we use. Many students need an unweighted GPA for scholarship or college applications and it must be figured out manually which is time-consuming and leaves room for errors.

Have the ability for parents to select who is the primary person/contact in the male be listed first in the family contact screen.
Families should have the ability to select who the primary person is in the household to receive various emails. Sometimes only the person listed first in the family receives documents, but the secondary does not. Would be nice to have the ability to select who the primary person is for each task. For example. food service low balance alerts, grades, discipline, unpaid invoices, ect.

Latitude and Longitude
Is there way to get latitude and longitude for student addresses? We are wanting to see re-zoning would affect the schools in our district. Using latitude and longitude would allow us to attach students to those addresses and look at the over all picture such as discipline, attendance, and etc.

online form
We have created an Online Form for parents to fill out requesting a school transfer.
We have selected that Family 1 only have the option to update the form. When the Family 1 completes the online transfer request form, it sends an email to both guardians in Family 1.
Is there a way also have an email sent out to Family 2 (additional families) when Family 1 submits the transfer request online form?
When the custodial parents are not in the same Family, they would like the email go to both Family 1 and Family 2. It would also be…

Discipline Letter Cloning
Add an option to clone discipline letters like in attendance letters. We have different information of campuses that require a custom letter for each campus. It would be helpful to be able to clone and adjust instead of creating from scratch.

Creating a utility to mass remove student indicators
Can a utility be created to mass remove student indicators? For example, we use the Dr. Note Required indicator when a student has reached so many absences. We then remove this indicator at the end of the year as students start fresh every school year. It would be helpful to be able to run a utility to remove them rather than go in and remove each one individually.

staff import
Staff import from HR as an option on the SIS db in the STAFF tab vs. the secured users tab. Currently the option to "Import HR data" into the SIS is just on the security access area. This feature would be an ideal option on the STAFF tab in the student db so campus staff get the correct first name/last name/required information then the security access could be set up afterwards. Having the option in reverse doesn't allow campus staff adding STAFF to import the correct and necessary information.

Having the Other ID in the Maintain browse would be more beneficial to search a student that using Skyward's internal generated Student ID#

Discipline Reports for IEP Students Only
Please add a IEP and 504 to the range options for running discpline reports. This will be useful for double checking state reporting (where only spec ed students are reported for certain actions) and other data analysis.

RFE for 'Guidance' Note/Visit Attachments
The counselors love that they are able to add attachments here for others that have a 'need to know' could access. But this is NOT an option. The only way to see the attachment is if the other person has "edit' access and others should not be in edit mode under another individuals entry.
Please make the Attachment in Guidance Visit visible to other if needed.

Looking for an option in data mining to assist us with the legal first name vs the preferred name.
I worked on a service call 5946641 for our district and Skyward was unable to come up with a solution that would identify a difference in these names quickly. This information is needed for our building staff. Our nurse recently complained that she was unable to find a student due to this issue and expressed that this could escalate an emergency situation. I would like a report I could give to key building staff such as our administrators, secretaries, nurse, etc to let them know who the students are that have preferred names vs legal names and what they are.

Pop-up Window for required Doctor's Note while entering Attendance
If a student is flagged "Required" Doctor's Note" it would be nice if there was a pop-up or some form of indicator that would not allow an excused attendance to be entered without that Required Doctor's Note either in an attachment form or even as fields that have to be entered. Such fields could be the date listed on the Doctor's Note along with the Doctor's name maybe even a free-form comment field in case anything needed to be entered in regards to said note.

Unrecorded Class Attendance Sort by Teacher Option
Unrecorded Class Attendance can only be sorted by date. At the end of the year, in order to print a report by teacher (for principals), you must take it out to Excel and fill in every line with the date and day for every day in the school year. Otherwise, there is no option to sort by teacher. Either adding the option o sort by teacher or adding the date to every entry would resolve.

Links to use for importer to portfolio
Please add the state ede number to the link to use for the portfolio importer. With all the different test report we send to parent if any available link to a student was offered we could import the files. Right now the ACCESS score reports only list the MARSS number (state number) so we cannot link them.

Check Request Status Queue
In the IN Ed-Fi Request Individual IDs from API tool, when choosing check request status, could that be changed to a queue of requests from the user? It is difficult to check the request when the only option is to put in the ID #.
