Attendance totals by date range for grade book
When teachers are taking their attendance and use the view of previous days it gives them a total of excused, unexcused, other and tardy absences. They are asking if I can adjust those totals so they are just for the current semester instead of the whole year. This is a problem when classes are year long. Give the teacher to adjust the total by a date range they can choose.

Sections of classes being able to be set up for conference not just the whole course
It would be awesome if each section of a class can choose to be set up for allow for conferences. We have our exploratory classes set up for 2 sections, one MWF the other T, Th because we pull some kids out for specials, some kids are then in both sections using only one to do the grading. So currently when we set up the conferences both sections show for the parent, we would like for it to only pull for one section.

Hiding final grades in Family Access for standards gradebook
It would be great if we could hide the final grade in family access for standards gradebook. New DOE rules, we have to send a final grade across for ALL courses. We are adding the P/F to report, but we do not include that on report cards. However we can't block it from family access. It makes no sense to parents because there is no pass or fail for elementary grades.

When running the D/F list through the grading and attendance analysis, it would be great to be able to include percentages. We spend a lot of time going back into each individual student's profile to look up their percentage.

A report for DOE attendance data - (in attendance, 1/2 day absent, excused/unexcused absent)
We need a report (prefer one that dumps an Excel spreadsheet) that provides the DOE attendance calculation. It would be amazing if calculation results could be stored in a table, like the Year To Date attendance.
Without it, it is difficult to verify that the DOE has the correct attendance data and it is difficult to identify students who are close to the 94% target.

Prorate Schedules
It would be helpful, and time saving, to be able to clone Prorate Schedules from Current Year Schedules to the New Year Schedules, as opposed to creating each individual Prorate Schedule for each individual entity.

Mock Attachments & Manage Required Documents from NSOE to Family Access
Currently, NSOE allows for viewing and checking off documentation uploaded through the portal. Family Access should reflect this same option, providing a link to view attachments from Online Registration and Online Forms, and provide a Manage Required Documents button to mock the same options setup for NSOE. This is imperative for districts tracking Proof of Residency, unless they want to use post-it notes or a spreadsheet outside of Skyward.

District and School Accountable Dropdown
It would greatly help if the District Accountable and School Accountable fields would be drop down/lookup fields similar to the Res Dist field. It is easy to mistype the codes.

ON STUDENT SIDE - ABILITY TO ADD STAFF TO ENTITY AND SECURITY AT SAME TIME!!!
When creating Staff at entity; have option to go directly to security area to add security for that staff person
When creating a Staff member, a teacher for example, it would be nice to have a box to check to 'Add Security' and upon saving that set up, be taken directly to the Secured User area to that specific staff members account and add their security without having to move out of the Staff area and into the security area and then retype in the staff name and expand to add the security. Special Education -Add an Event Auto Email for when an IEP or Eval is Unlocked
It would be very helpful to have the option to add an Event Auto Email option for when an IEP or Evaluation is UNLOCKED. Currently, there is an option for when they are LOCKED but not for unlocking them. For districts that allow special ed staff the security to unlock them, it would be a great feature for a director, school psych, admin assistant, etc... to get a notification that someone has unlocked an IEP/Eval so they are aware and if needed, they can verify that there is justification for unlocking it.

Roster Report Active Classes
When Creating Template for printing of Class Roster would be good to have option to search for individual classes that have status of Active. Currently there is no filter for Status

A section to add records request sent and records received.
A spot to add a date when a records request was sent and when records were received and a spot to date when student records were sent out to the newly attending school. Possibly under the entry/withdrawal tab.

Secured User History Report
It would be helpful to have a secured user detailed history report. We have internal audits and at times are questioned by state auditors for this information. A report that can be ran by secured user and for a date range that displays detailed history accessed by that user or an option to select user defined fields of access.

Processing List Clean Up
It would be helpful to have a Utility to mass delete Processing Lists by date so that we can keep old processing lists cleaned up as much as possible without have to delete them one by one.
Something much like the Data Mining Utility to keep them cleaned up

Total Days Absent
Would like to see the total number of days absent as an option in a custom attendance letter. Right now when I pull in "Attendance Count" it is actually just showing the number of periods missed rather than total days missed.

Walk-In Scheduler during year to drop and add new schedule
It would be helpful in team scheduling especially to be able to use the walk-in scheduler to drop a whole schedule and add it back into a new team without deleting the original class.

Family Information for all guardians to be listed in the Educator Access Plus tab for teachers
Currently in Educator Access Plus for Teachers, it only provides the phone number for the first guardian listed in the family as well as the emergency contacts on their screen. Teachers have to click on the name of the additional guardian in order to view their phone numbers. It would be convenient if all guardians and emergency contact phone numbers are all provided to be located at a glance.
