Automated Email Notification
Would be helpful if there was a trigger to generate an email when the student's grade/grad year is changed. We have various students whether immigrant international or just incorrectly placed when they first enroll and then are later updated to what their grade level should be. When this is done the office does not necessarily contact any other users that this change would impact - for example - students that would need to be tested for MSTEP or ACT.
If programming could be done to include the grad year field within the Enrollment Changes for the automated email notifications that would greatly assist offices/departments that need to track for assessments and pupil accounting.
