Return the option to DISPLAY BY GRADING PERIOD in Course Length area
DISPLAY FEATURE THAT WORKED GREAT WAS REMOVED. Option to "Display By Grading Period" was removed and now Course Lengths can only be seen by Control Set. We have over 25 Control Sets for our large summer school program, viewing by Control Set is cumbersome to say the least. My Control Sets now span 3 1/2 pages, versus a view by Grading Period, that listed, and gave me add/edit capabilities, all in a nice condensed list. Here is the last bit from the ticket I submitted.

Processing New Student Online Enrollment application, allow change order of Emergency Contacts
Scenario: A parent submits a new student application and fails to check the emergency contact box for either/both guardians.
During processing of application, if the registrar then checks the emergency contact box after, they are added after any other emergency contacts in the order added.We would like the ability to change the emergency contact order at time of processing a new application so the registrar can appropriately have the correct order prior to completing the application and not have to go back and change after processing.
We do allow guardians to change the order at time of yearly registration.

Enable Future Schedules in EA+
Students can see future schedules but teachers can't except via a printed report. Please give teachers the same future schedule view (for "next" year) in EA+.

Endorsement Progress Report Page Break Option
Would like a page break by student option in the report to. This makes it easier to separate and share with individuals as needed.

Born in the Unites States need to be a Y/N question in NSOE
It is out of compliance to as on the enrollment form where a student was born. The law says we can only ask Was your student born in the US? If no, what was the first date of enrollment in US schools. Right now, there is no option or way of getting this information with using the NSOE form except by making it another custom form! Would be great to have this added as a label with Y/N and then if no, please enter date.....

Partial Schedule Report
It would be helpful if the Students with Partial Schedules Report printed with Student Key or Other ID or linked up to a processing list option. This would allow the ability to send a direct message to students and parents and open the Arena Scheduling window back up once holes were identified during the future scheduling time frame.

Emergency contacts
Have a box next to the contact name to insert words like call this parents first or look at the comment box. I don't always carrot down to see these messages before I start calling emergency contacts.

I would like to suggest that there be an addition of running Mass Generate Family Permissions/Passwords (WS\FA\FM\PS\UT\PP) by Processing List. Our school district turns off web access to families who have any type of residency exception each year until updated documentation has been turned in. Our current process is to manually call up each necessary student profile then navigate to the web access tab and then edit the family access to uncheck Allow Family Access. Then we reverse it once appropriate documents have been returned to us. We generate this list of students with these exceptions via a Data Mining…

Display all parent phone numbers on the Profile info page
Currently the student profile info page only displays the primary 1st guardian phone number. You need to click on the parent/guardian name to view their second phone number. It would be helpful if the profile info page would show all the phone numbers for the parent/guardians.

Enrollment Dashboard
It would be great to have an enrollment dashboard screen that would show a grid of current enrollment by grade/gender. This would be helpful when needing some quick enrollment numbers, rather than needing to run a report or use Student Browse.

Entity button for program records
With all the program records needed for Ed-Fi and now many needing to be entity-specific, it would be nice to either allow us to select the entity when we add the record from 000 (or any entity) or even better give us an entity button like on the entry/withdrawal tab so we can add the record correctly. Flipping between several entities for one student is cumbersome and confusing.

Automated Email- Deleted Entry/Enrollment
Automated Email- Deleted Entry/Enrollment- not when the student gets deleted from the entity, but when their entry/enrollment would get deleted (ex: student that has been attending with us for the last few years and was enrolled to join us this year, but ended up NOT attending- so they wouldn't get deleted from the entity, but their entry/enrollment would get deleted since they are not actually attending)

Add Utility to Mass Add Alternate Teachers
Would be nice to have the ability to Mass Add Alternate Teachers to several sections of a course at a time. We need to add alternates for Title Classes so teachers are able to see student information for Acadience and other software, so to be able to add one teacher to a large group of course sections would be ideal.

In busing, we would like to see a mass add start and end date. This would allow us to set up routes for the upcoming school year, and keep past records for reporting purposes.

Discipline Letter Cloning
Add an option to clone discipline letters like in attendance letters. We have different information of campuses that require a custom letter for each campus. It would be helpful to be able to clone and adjust instead of creating from scratch.
