Other ID vs Skyward's Student ID in Maintain
Having the Other ID in the Maintain browse would be more beneficial to search a student that using Skyward's internal generated Student ID#

Edit Locker Numbers
It would be nice to have the option to edit locker numbers. For example, the ability to re-number all lockers in the 6th Grade hallway to all begin with a "6". A utility to mass change would be very helpful in this instance.

Sticky Notes
It would be extremely beneficial (almost critical at times) to have a "sticky note" option in Students - Students Profile. Have an icon that resembles a notepad / sticky note pad that would allow you to create a personal individualized "note" on a selected students profile. The note would be only for you to see and is not part of the student record. The note would only be linked to one student. Unrecorded Class Attendance Sort by Teacher Option
Unrecorded Class Attendance can only be sorted by date. At the end of the year, in order to print a report by teacher (for principals), you must take it out to Excel and fill in every line with the date and day for every day in the school year. Otherwise, there is no option to sort by teacher. Either adding the option o sort by teacher or adding the date to every entry would resolve.

Mock Attachments & Manage Required Documents from NSOE to Family Access
Currently, NSOE allows for viewing and checking off documentation uploaded through the portal. Family Access should reflect this same option, providing a link to view attachments from Online Registration and Online Forms, and provide a Manage Required Documents button to mock the same options setup for NSOE. This is imperative for districts tracking Proof of Residency, unless they want to use post-it notes or a spreadsheet outside of Skyward.

Processing List Clean Up
It would be helpful to have a Utility to mass delete Processing Lists by date so that we can keep old processing lists cleaned up as much as possible without have to delete them one by one.
Something much like the Data Mining Utility to keep them cleaned up

Activity Report w/Leader AND Students
Please add a Print Option of "Activity Staff" and "Activity Leader=Yes/No" to the Activity Report by Activity, so that all relevant information for an Activity can be on one report. (WS/OF/AC/RE/BA) Thanks!

Automated Email for Unpaid Fees
Create an automatic, recurring email that get sent to families for any unpaid fees. We would want it to be set up so they would get an email every few weeks if they have any fees still due. I know we can have an automatic email set up for when fees get added, but I don't see one that we can set up as a reminder if they are still unpaid.

I would like the ability to hide the question of Student Language in the Student Information area of NSOE
In Texas we have to have the family complete the Home Language Survey in their native language and having them answer language questions in more than one place causes confusion and answers that don't match.
We would like to be able to hide the Student Information field on NSOE of Student Language so that our staff can enter what is answered on the Home Language Survey and not have to look for mismatches between the HLS and parent answers.

Need a way to data mine or report on State Credit, Local Credit, Total credit
Due to different registrar errors when entering transfer credits we are finding that our State + Local is not equal to Total Credits on some students. It would be much easier to find these if there was a way to data mine this information.

SPN Staff Name to help with DOE Sync Errors
The DOE matches staff synced from Skyward to their license database, LVIS.
Our HR system requires us to use the staff's legal name for income tax purposes. We sync our staff names from our HR system into Skyward.Similar to the legal name in the Identity tab for students, could we have an SPN name area for staff so we could send the name to the DOE that matches LVIS?

"STUDENT TYPE" on the ENTRY/WITHDRAWAL tab needs to stay what it's set when the students are rolled up every year
The student type on the entry /withdrawal tab changes every time the student gets rolled up year after year. Why can't it just stay 504, AR, etc? Every year after the rollup we have to go and change the student type because it defaults to REG. Trust me, there are not a lot of REG students. Mostly AR, 504.

LEP and 504 as Y/N fields in Profile like Sped
General demographic reports are that people want are always the same. They want Gender, Race, Sped, English Learner, 504, etc. When trying to set up data mining reports there is an As Of field for English Learner and 504 to pull a yes no that is as of the day you run it. It would be nice to either have that field be variable so you can set this report up to be a scheduled task and it would always pull current information of whether the student is 504 or English Learner. OR add field on the profile tab that…

It would be nice to have an email when families split or get divorced. We have multiple entities and it would be nice to know when this happens from another building.

Tardy Kiosk - print # of days tardy on ticket
I see no option to print the number of DAYS tardy a student has. It appears to only allow number of periods tardy (can be multiple every day) or number of days absent. Or at least find a way to print the number of a specific attendance code entries per student.

print NSOE parent attachments under the manage required documents area
In NSOE on the right hand side there is a button "manage required documents". By selecting this button, can it be added that we can print all of the attachments for that application at one time. Instead of going to the attachment and printing one at a time and the ability to print the custom forms for that application at that same time?

Absence Request FA Screen
Our district uses the absence requests to request early dismissals. A Skycoder prompt based upon attendance code (such as early dismissal) would be beneficial to remind parents not to submit an early dismissal through the portal after 9:00 a.m. for the same day. Likewise, a prompt attached to the medically absent code telling parents to attach a doctors note would be beneficial as well, when the ability to add attachments is added. :)
