Family Information for all guardians to be listed in the Educator Access Plus tab for teachers
Currently in Educator Access Plus for Teachers, it only provides the phone number for the first guardian listed in the family as well as the emergency contacts on their screen. Teachers have to click on the name of the additional guardian in order to view their phone numbers. It would be convenient if all guardians and emergency contact phone numbers are all provided to be located at a glance.

add Migrant questions to NSOE
add Migratory Student Information collection to NSOE. DPI has a form for these families to fill out (and skyward has an import process to pull these families into Skyward from DPI). However, there is not a process to collect the information in NSOE. We are adding our own questions to NSOE based on the links below but to ensure enrollments are similar at other districts in Wisconsin could this be added by Skyward to NSOE?

Test Accommodations
Users would LOVE to have the ability to add multiple accommodations to the test. Every accommodations needs to be added, then saved then "Add" again. Once they are on the Local Accommodation Maintenance page it would be great for the user to enter all ALL accommodations here and then just save once all are entered.

Future Scheduling requests following student
When we have students who transfer from one campus to another within our district, we would like to have the student requests follow them so the receiving campus can see what the student previously requested. If the courses are not the same number, that is OK, instead of giving the student another request form and starting from scratch for the receiving campus. This information would be very valuable and a time saver for the counselors and registrars.

Total Days Absent
Would like to see the total number of days absent as an option in a custom attendance letter. Right now when I pull in "Attendance Count" it is actually just showing the number of periods missed rather than total days missed.

Family Access Absence Request Approval Email and Denial Email
When an absence request has been approved or denied it would be helpful if the response entered was emailed to the family, so they are aware that the request was approved or denied and if denied we could tell them why and how to get it approved. Many parents will not be going back into Family Access to see if their request was denied.

Add "Doctor's note required for each absence" to the entry by date screen. That way we can see if a doctors note is required or not.

Meet Detail - Alternate Teachers Order
To have the ability to add the Alternate Teacher in a specific order in the Meet Details. This will greatly improve the ability for the District to provide the correct teachers access to the many educational Applications through our automated rostering.

SPO/SRO module
I am reaching out on behalf of our School Police Officers. They were wondering if there is a module in Skyward in which our School Police Officers can document their interactions with students (similar to guidance notes) as well as documentation of charges that have been filed on students. They are looking for a module that they can use as a police reporting system to create templates for filing charges and such. If there isn't a module that is separate for this, where would you suggest that School Police Officers house this information in Skyward? Thank you!

Ability to view customer fees by grade - Browse screen filter options
We are looking for the ability to view outstanding student fees by grade. With the view Fee Activity, we lose the grade.
With customer details, we have the grade, but then do not have a fee balance that shows. We need this to capture our 5th and 8th graders before they move to a new building for end of year activities.5 votes -

Mass Add/Change/Delete Student Requests
Currently, the default ranges on the Mass Add/Change/Delete Student Requests is set to Exclude Special Ed students. This causes them to be excluded even when running this utility using a processing list. All other mass utilities have open ranges, so schedulers didn't look at the ranges in this utility before running it with a processing list and didn't realize all ESE and Gifted students on the processing list were getting left out. They are now going in and changing it, but it would be nice if the default was truely open ranges so students protected by law weren't inadvertently excluded…

Mobile App: Attendance by Period
The ability to have the option to take attendance by period with the mobile app so it combines the sections if they have multiple sections within one period.

It would be great if there was an automated email notification when a parent deletes an absence request in FA.

Family Access Users login history
It would be nice to be able to see the Family Access user login history. We can see it on the student but not the parent. This would come in handy for us to help the parent get logged in. By seeing time, date operating system and browser, just like the student login history.

Early Grad Class Rank
When a student graduates a full year early, there is no way to include them in the class rank for the cohort that they are actually graduating with. This is due to DPI requiring that they stay in their same cohort. I had to find a workaround to get these students to be included. It would be nice if there was a dropdown or field for "Grad Year for Rank" that could be 12, even though they are still in 11.

Change the the expected grade level to enroll in if the DOB is changed.
In Step 1 of the application, the user enters the DOB and a popup displays showing the expected grade level to enroll in, and that grade level populates in a separate field.
If the user changes the DOB, there is no popup identifying the correct grade level and the grade level expected to enroll does not update.
This is problematic as parents often fail to update the grade level and the custom forms populated in Step 6 are generated dependent on the grade level.
This seems to be more of a programming error than an enhancement request.

EA+ My Activities add *** GPA, Term GPA and grade bucket grades on the same report
EA+ My Activities add *** GPA, Term GPA and grade bucket grades on the same report. For example on the Activity Roster or the Progress Report. Both help our coaches determine whether students are eligible to play. Or even when expanding the activity next to the students name.
