Option to include future transactions in graduation requirement progress
Our district uses future transactions to drop or add a course at term or semester break because the ability to edit the terms on courses creates many other issues with our third party exports, state reporting for membership, attendance, etc. However, when future transactions are used, a course that will be added or dropped is not included in a student's graduation requirements. This makes it difficult to determine which students are actually deficient in credit for graduation. Please add additional staff types in the Designations field in the Staff Information area. The Teacher checkbox controls a ton of functions
Please add additional staff types in the Designations field in the Staff Information area. The Teacher checkbox controls a ton of functions and access in Student Management, so I would ultimately like to make this a required field using Skycoder. However, I cannot make this a required field unless we have at least an 'Other' option for staff members.
The current checkboxes are Discipline Officer, Teacher, Substitute, Counselor, and Career Center Counselor or Administrator.
Here are some suggestions for additions to this field: Secretary (or Admin Assistant), ParaPro, Coordinator, Principal / Dean, Support Staff, and Other.

District and School Accountable Dropdown
It would greatly help if the District Accountable and School Accountable fields would be drop down/lookup fields similar to the Res Dist field. It is easy to mistype the codes.

As of date for any special program
We often get asked, who was ____ last year. (Fill in the blank with any special program or Food Service.)
A number of areas in Data Mining have an As Of date field. It would be amazing if all would have a "___ As Of Date"
Examples:
ADM As Of Date- Type (Y/N already is there, but we need to know the type)
Alt Ed As Of Date -Program Name
Food Service As Of Date- Lunch Code
Foster Care As Of Date
Gifted and Talented As Of Date- Area

Economically Disadvantaged Current Year (Y/N)
It would be nice to be able to export if a student is current year economically disadvantaged. We could also do it through Data Mining processing lists if necessary. With current setup it's only achievable with manual intervention.

"teacher transaction"
Need an option to prompt for an effective date when adding/editing a primary or alternate teacher on a meet. Similar to the options available for student transactions. I see that there PA and TX asked for something similar, where they asked for an option on the add transaction date on the add of a meet.

Mass Activate / Inactive Security Groups
We inactivate security groups during the time frame after rolling the year and the start of school so that the school personnel can add scheduling information without all the teacher "eyes" viewing their progress. If we could select groups to mass activate and inactive, it would be a huge time saver.

Fee Management added to Skylert
We would like to see Fee Management added to the Skylert module in order to send out reminder notifications for families with outstanding enrollment fees much like the Food Service alerts work.

Critical Alert Pop Up
Create the ability to turn off the critical alert pop up on student profile for specific users. For example, if admins want the alert turned off so they don't get the pop up every time they pull up a student with a critical alert. Without affecting it for all other users.

Relationship Choices in OnLine Enrollment
When a parent or guardian is doing online enrollment, and they come to the relationship drop down, the drop down includes all the possible relationships, even those for emergency contacts. We would like to make it a little easier on the parents and limit the choices for those guardian records. But we haven't found a way to exclude choices like "neighbor" or others that don't make sense. We need a shorter list for them.

Gradebook report in spreadsheet format
It would be really helpful to be able to pull a report in spreadsheet format of student grades. The Student Assignments report under Student Management > Educator Access Plus > Gradebook > Reports is close, but I need a csv that I can edit and upload to other systems.

attendance eligibility
Our school is focusing on attendance and eligibility - right now, there is no way to schedule the Academic Eligibility report to run daily. It would be nice to add a "Today Less number of School Days" option for the date so I can schedule it to run daily instead of having to pull it daily.

Teacher Requests for Changes to Grades count by entity
All my administrators are seeing "(4)" next to their "Teacher Requests for Changes to Previously Posted Grades", but those 4 requests are at our HS entity. The number should only display at the entity that has the request for changes.

My Students with Health Plans
Teachers have the wonderful shortcuts to My Students with Disabilities and My Section 504 Students. Health plans are just important for safety reasons, so it'd be great if there were a My Students with Health Plans so teachers can easily see who those students are and quickly get to the plans.

Create a report of manually applied coursework
The ability to run a report of manually applied coursework in the graduation requirements would be helpful. Our Principals are supposed to approve all manually applied coursework and would like to audit this coursework. Currently, they have to go to each individual student profile to audit if coursework has been manually applied.

Automated emails to activity staff when students grades drop.
It would be great to automatically notify the staff when a student or students in their activities have grades drop below a certain grade.
