Ability to choose sibling connection
It would be very helpful to have the option of choosing whether students are siblings or not when they share a guardian. Sometimes we add Organizations as a family member to show outside agency therapists, case managers, or even legal Children & Youth guardians. Right now, any students who happen to share a therapist or case manager are automatically flagged as siblings so we have to create a separate guardian record for the same person. It would be great if there was a pop-up box notifying us that another student has the same guardian and giving the option of linking…

Change Theme color on screen of different year Course Master
When having to work in two different screens where one is the current year Course Master and another screen is a different year Course Master, it would be helpful if we had the option to chose a different theme color for the other year's Course Masters.

Custom Forms - Add Skyward Fields
In the Student>Custom Forms, we would like to have some Skyward Fields added:
Advisor
Counselor
Discipline Officer
Teacher of Record
CY Homeroom
CY Homeroom Room Number
CY Homeroom TeacherWe would also like to have the option to choose how the student's name displays when we select the Student's Name field. Sometimes we will want to use the full name and sometimes we want just the first & last name.

When running the Year Start Process, if a student Status is Inactive, update CY Member to No. If this is Yes and left yes and you have a data mining or crystal report that uses CY Member, you will get inaccurate data.

Mobile ID Card available to Parents in Skyward App
PLEASE make the Mobile ID Card for students available so that it can be enabled on the Family Access side for the Parent App! We need this for the ability to scan when parents come to pick up their students early. Thank you!

County Abbreviation in Address - Allow 4 Characters
Please allow 4 characters (maybe more) in abbreviations for Counties in the address tables. We require staff to enter counties when entering addresses. Since we have many divorced parents living in other states, we run in to counties with differing abbreviation conventions. For instance, Clay County in Kansas is CL. Clay County in Missouri is CLAY. And Clay County in Georgia is CY. And then to make it worse, Clark County in Nevada is CLA. Since I can only enter 3 characters right now and I need to have Clark County in NV. and Clay County in MO, I have…

Custom Report Card Colors and background
Currently there are no options for changing the colors used for shading in the custom report cards. Report cards could be improved if shading is allowed in more than one color and options to change color with RGB code or HEXA-Decimal code. I would like to see changing colors / backgrounds option of any boxes / object in custom report cards.

Ability to change "Online Forms" label in Family/Student Access
We use our Online Forms for our Co-Curricular and Athletic forms that students have to complete each year. Student's and Parents get confused and either fill out the Online Forms instead of the Online Registration or they complain that they can't find the forms. If we had the ability to rename this label in Family/Student Access like we can for Online Registration and New Student Online Enrollment I think it would be less confusing for parents/students.

Option to Run Scheduled Tasks Only on School Days
Our attendance office runs various reports and tasks but only on school days. Please consider an option of being able to run scheduled tasks only on days that are scheduled days of school. When these tasks run on weekdays that do not have school they create unnecessary reports and in the case of automatically marking students absent like we do in Positive Attendance she needs to remove those absences so parents don't get phone calls for absences on days we don't have school. It would be great if on the message center template, if we were able to add all staff for a building. Not just the teachers. Currently it is only the teachers that have students assigned to them. For example: If there was an incident at the school that we could send a message center message out to all guardians, teachers, and all staff assigned to an entity.

Edit Class Meet
Once the edic class meet window is saved and the user is returned to the course master window, give me a setting to leave the section detail open that was just edited. When working on sequential sections it is difficult to always accurately click the next section after the screens have reset. Once I am done in the course and click on the next course, section details can all close.

TEACHER SCORE CARD
We are trying to implement the teacher score card and have gotten feed back from Administrators that the words scorecard is like we are scoring them on something. Its seems harsh to some. We are requesting that a name change be like "Classroom Statistics" or something like Grade book Statistics

Allow fees to be made in the stundet's profile
Right now they can easily view a student has fees but can't add or pay fees which makes users go to a separate area in Skyward
. We would like the secretaries be able to enter in fees and payments directly on the student's profile. This will allow secretaries to complete all their tasks in one place.13 votes -

Expand Comments field in Attendance tab to allow for more characters

Add Mass Deny/Cancel Utility to NSOE
We need a utility that allows us to Mass Deny/Cancel Applications by either Date Received or Expected Enroll Date. I’d want to see it with an option to mass deny by either one of those date options because some are simply outdated, and others are dated incorrectly by expected date of enrollment. So, the utility would need to be able to run on either option. Right now, I literally delete (deny) hundreds of applications one by one, by having to assign it and then deny it by hand using copy/paste for the reason. Lastly, this utility would also require a…
