Request Courses - Remove a "Selected Course" from the "Available Courses" column

Once a course has been selected in the "Course Requests" for future scheduling please remove it from the "Available Courses". It causes confusion for some as they think there is a bug in the system and creates support calls. Logically, your "Selected Courses" should no longer be "Available Courses".
