Processing Lists - Add Option to Choose View/Edit/Private For Other Users
Please add an option to Processing Lists where users could set security similar to those available in Finance templates. These would be: Allow others to View, Allow Users to Edit, and Allow No Access to Other Users.

Add Move Date as pre-defined field for address change automated email
We have a very transient district and have many families that move and give us a future move date. When we put in a new address we have an automated email that goes out to our specific staff that need it. We would like to be able to enter in future moves so that our transportation director is aware and we would like to give him the date it will take place. County Abbreviation in Address - Allow 4 Characters
Please allow 4 characters (maybe more) in abbreviations for Counties in the address tables. We require staff to enter counties when entering addresses. Since we have many divorced parents living in other states, we run in to counties with differing abbreviation conventions. For instance, Clay County in Kansas is CL. Clay County in Missouri is CLAY. And Clay County in Georgia is CY. And then to make it worse, Clark County in Nevada is CLA. Civil Rights Report
Make the printed report from the extract area in Civil Rights be like the maintain area. In maintain you see the totals and details of each category together. In the printed report you have to look for the details to go with the totals. Not logical at all!!!

NSOE mobile app
The NSOE custom forms need to be made into an app or "mobile" so that parents can fill out the forms on a phone. It is extremely difficult for a lot of people that only have a tablet or phone and who don't have a regular workstation or laptop to fill out the forms.

Medication Delete Option
Have an option to delete a medication entered for a student that was entered wrong or as a test. If this info must be preserved for legal reasons this option could be in an administrative area.

Stop Ala Carte Purchase option enabled by parents on Skyward Family Access
This is a great option, however, the message is confusing in POS. Instead of saying " A Permanent Stop Purchase option is set for STUDENT NAME," can it read "A Permanent Stop Ala Carte Purchase option is set for STUDENT NAME?

Request Changes for Student/Family Information on Mobile App
We live in a "Mobile" world...
Parents are able to request changes to student, family address, family information, emergency contacts, etc. on their web-based Family Access account. Many of our families do not have a computer and use the Skyward mobile app to see their student's information. We would like for parents to have the option to request changes to information from the mobile app.12 votes -
allow attachments to emails from family view of student profile.
I need to send an email (with an attachment) to an individual students parent. you can send an email to a parent from the family tab of the student profile but there is no Attach option. as a non teacher without a grade book i would need to use the advanced features Message center and then create a processing list with one student in order to send an email to a guardian with an attachment.

EMERGENCY ALERTS IN TEACHERS WIDGETS
Right now teachers can not see emergency alerts flags in their Educator Access Plus homepage(Widgets) where all their students are listed.
In order to see an Emergency alert, they need to go to their grade book and there they can see the emergency flag for a particular student.
It would be great if the emergency alerts are populated in the Widgets and My Students area as well. It would be very easy for the teacher to identify the flagged students without having to enter each student profile to find out.10 votes -
Increase the Font size on the Vaccination Report for faxes
The font on the Vaccination Report needs to be larger so it is legible when faxed to other schools. Now it cannot be read in a fax because the font is too small. If necessary to accommodate a larger font, it can be made landscape instead of portrait.

Add a button within Field Selection that would allow a newly added field to be moved to the top.
This is a qualify of life request but I would love to have a button added to the Field Select screen which would give the option to move a newly added field all the way to the top. Many times when I'm working with a complex data mining field, I find myself clicking the UP button over and over and over and over to move the field where I need it. Having a TOP button would save many clicks/time.

Allow parents to customize their food service low balance notifications
Parents should have the ability to customize food service low balance alerts in Family access.
Currently this is controlled by checking a box to allow guardians to subscribe to food service low balance notifications in District User Settings, and then entering an amount for the low balance. We would instead like this low balance amount to be moved to Family access, so that when a parent checks the box to subscribe to the low balance notifications, they can also choose a custom amount for the low balance.36 votes -
Open Gradebook for Specific Teachers
After grades are posted, we often have students who were unable to complete the final on time. When they do complete it, I have to open the entire gradebook so they can put it in and have the grade recalculate. It would be nice if we could open it for just those teachers. Doing it for every teacher creates a lot of opening and closing.

Mass Print Registration Information After Approval
This is actually for New and Returning Student Enrollment. We would like the ability to mass print the required forms/information for students' Cumulative folders after approving registrations. Much like batching, if a campus approves multiple enrollments for that day or week, they need to be able to easily print out those forms from registrations that have been approved. Right now, they have to either build a processing list to use with the Custom Forms/Student Information Report area, or manually add names that they need within the Reports area.
