Make Primary Phone Required Entry During On Line Registration
We have families that skip the Primary Phone section. This is vital information for the school office. We would like to see that be required to be filled in before the screen can move on.

Renaming Existing Custom Attendance Letters without cloning
There are times we may need to rename an existing custom attendance letter without editing the content, such as we do with report templates at times, however, the only option is to clone/rename/delete the letter that is being renamed. Can the option be added to change the name of an existing custom attendance letter as needed? AT Letter>Config>select/edit - update the name?

Processing Lists filters
When creating a Processing List, be able to select "Active Students" of a particular Entity in the filter. After clicking on Add/Delete, it pulls a list of students that have ever been enrolled in the entity even if they have moved or graduated.

Health Conditions to Flow to Critical Alert
We would like the option to have Health Condition flow to the Critical Alert area in Student Profile however this option needs to be at the nurse's discretion so a button to select Show in Critical Alert would be the preference.

Online Registration Set Up-Student Information
Please add an option to Auto-approve the Home Phone under student information. I don't think it makes sense that the parent can have a name change auto-approve, but the home phone cannot.
We would never want anyone to change the child's name, but do not mind them changing the home phone.

Year End
It would be great to have one place to put in the calendar with holidays, begin and end terms, etc. and have it filter to any other area it needs to be.

Pin number
When running Class roster report, it would be nice to have the ability to add the student's pin number as an available option. Secretaries like to give the teachers, especially at the elementary levels, the students' pin numbers, as well as some of the other indicators that are already available to select in the Detail area. 7 votesGreat suggestion! While not directly on the Class Roster report run from Office, the student’s pin number could be something you enable teachers to run on their own class rosters from their gradebooks.
Within the Educator Access Plus District Setup (WS\EA\PS\CF\DS), you can enable the option to “Allow Teachers to display Student’s Food Service Key Pad # on Class Roster.” With this set, when the teacher adds or modifies a template for the Class Roster report (from the Reports menu on the main screen of a gradebook), they will see a check box that allows them to print this information.

Schools should be able to view the attendance record of a student from a previous school just as they can view the discipline and the grades
The grades and discipline of the student are part of their record that follows them from building to building. However, attendance currently does not work the same way. The focus on truancy and chronic absenteeism make it mandatory to monitor for the year without having ease of access to attendance as they do the grades and discipline.

Address Master search functionality
Currently in Address Master you can only search by Street. We would like the functionality so that if we sort by Number that we can search by the Number by typing in the search box.

Message Center Alerts
When a family posts a message to a teacher(s), alert the teacher via email. Or have the option to email the teacher directly through Family Access. Teachers are missing messages from the message center because they are not aware a parent sent them.

Each online form emailed to a different person
We set up a Back To School group of forms for parents to complete each year. Currently, we can only set up one person to get the email when someone completes all of the forms.
We would like to have an email go out per form. For example, the Health History form should go to the nurse, the Transportation Needs form should go to transportation, the Acceptable Internet Use form should go to the bookkeeper, etc.25 votes -
Mask Staff / Student SSN
We would like for all SSN to be masked on reports. This would be staff and student SSN. We can prevent staff SSN from being viewed based on the level of security. However, the SSN will still show on reports. We would like for the number to not show (like confidential phone numbers) or at least only show the last four digits.

message center ranges
Please add Next Year status as one of the range options when using Message Center by Range. This is helpful so that we don't send messages about next year information when we already know they will not be attending the district next school year. I know we can create a processing list and do it that way, but that is way more cumbersome for the end user.

Dropped Courses with Course Fees Report
We need a report that will show us only students who have Course Fees in Fee Management with no corresponding course. Currently the report we are running is under Administration > Fee Management > Reports > Customers with Dropped Courses Report. While it is nice to have this report it is pretty much useless in helping us quickly catch any course fees that still exist for classes that were dropped and this is because it displays every dropped course even if the student just moved sections of the course, so we still have to look at every student individually that…

family access bill codes
When creating a bill code that you would like to have posted on Family Access there would be a check box right on the bill code set up screen to do this, rather than have to go into the family access set up tab and recreate the bill code.

NSOE - Report showing applications that have been started but NOT submitted
We have parents that started an application in NSOE and thought they submitted it but it was not. We would like a report that will show applications that have been started but are not finished and submitted.

The ability to categorize reports and search within Data mining
It would help to find reports in data mining if we could apply one of more categories (Grades, GPA, Discipline, Demographics, ect..) to individual reports. Also, the ability to search by either a category or key word in a report title.

Message Center
It would be extremely convenient and helpful if, when creating a message in the Message Center to send a "test message" to just the person who is creating the message prior to sending it out to students and/or families? It would be a nice feature to be able to "test" the message by sending it to oneself to make sure it is set up correctly prior to sending to students and families. Thank you!
