Pupil Nondiscrimination Self-Evaluation Report - create one with all necessary fields to be cloned by user. I have attached a copy of one that I ran, I forgot the ELL's so I need to redo it. This gives you an idea of what I am talking about.

Add an attachment file to the LEP/Bil/ESL Special Programs Tab.
Adding an attachment file to the LEP/Bil/ESL Special Programs Tab would allow us to add LPAC documentation and other info so teachers could pull up information without having to request it from the office or ESL Coordinator. It would save time and effort in our classrooms which in turn would benefit students.

Need to export F1 and F2 information in separate record line for Transfinder Transportation Export/Import
Using Transfinder transportation software, we need to be able to export a separate record for Family 1 and Family 2, so that Transfinder can assign bus routes for both addresses for a student.
Right now only one address is being exported for students with two families so only one set of stops can be created and imported.

PA: Economically Disadvantaged record start or end created when lunch code effective date changes
When lunch codes change, so does the Economically Disadvantaged special programs record. Unfortunately, one does not "trigger" the other. Since you cannot schedule a task for mass adding a special programs ED record, you cannot fully automate the process. If you eliminate the process of Previewing then Updating then it can be a scheduled task. OR add economically disadvantaged to your list of importable program type. Currently, you can only import immigration status and method of instruction. SEE ATTACHMENT

Ability to automate an import in Test Score Import Wizard
Since STAR scores are imported multiple times a year, it would be helpful and more efficient if Skyward had the ability for users to automate the import process in the Test Score Import Wizard.

FBA/BIP State Templates
It'd be extremely helpful for security if DPI's sample FBA and (mainly) BIP forms were created as templates in Skyward. We currently have them created as district forms, but in order to give staff access to the Behavior Intervention Plan, they'd get access to all district forms, which we can't do, so we end up having to print them and disperse, which also isn't great for security. Could be added as SpEd form templates or do a setup similar to IHPs so the security is separate even though it's an attachment.

student indicators for pref pronouns and preferred name
Teachers/office staff would like to have an indicator for preferred pronouns. With the coming for ed-fi and needing to record it on the identity tab it would be helpful to have that area listed under the student indicators. Right now I do use it under student categories but I don't want to enter the info in two places. While in the same area it would also help if the preferred name was include in the indicators. We are having a hard time keeping track of students preferred names with their legal names when comparing state reports and info from other…

Can you please make the following fields mandatory in Educator Access Plus under the teacher to add a new discipline referral? We would like the Location, Time, and Motivation marked as mandatory fields. Teachers are not filling in this information, and it is very important to us that they enter that information so we can track where incidents are happening the most in the building and their reasons for it. That way if we have to place more teachers in a certain area of the building at a certain time of the day that would be helpful to know.

Mass Delete Pseudo Approval in Family Access
We need to be able to delete prior year pseudo approvals for enrollment in Family Access. While the filter works to show only those waiting approval the system is bogged down with thousands of changes from past years.

Processing List when Printing Indiana Statements
When printing Indiana Statements it would be quite helpful to be able to use a Processing List instead of manually entering over 700 customer IDs.

Home Language Codes
The Home Language Code is located in the student profile, the family tab, and the LEP tab, but these do not update each other so you have to remember to add/edit all three sections. It would be a lot more helpful if they would update in all 3 locations when one of them is updated, because it is hard to remember that there are 3 different places to add/edit it and the code should usually be the same in all 3 locations as well.

Create a report of manually applied coursework
The ability to run a report of manually applied coursework in the graduation requirements would be helpful. Our Principals are supposed to approve all manually applied coursework and would like to audit this coursework. Currently, they have to go to each individual student profile to audit if coursework has been manually applied.

Automated emails to activity staff when students grades drop.
It would be great to automatically notify the staff when a student or students in their activities have grades drop below a certain grade.

Split "Honor Entity Security For Grading" configuration into 2 separate configurations
We'd like to have the "Honor Entity Security for Grading" configuration option split into 2 options. One would allow "forward viewing" of grades by entity (something we'd like to disable). The other option would allow "backward viewing" of grades by entity (something we'd like to continue to leave enabled).

Open Attendance for Whole Class
Teachers would like an "Overwrite All" button or for the "Overwrite" function to be eliminated from attendance taking so that they can simply open their Post Daily Attendance tab, open their class, take attendance, and save it without the added step of overwriting each student individually.

Fees not accessible to Family #2
Please find a way for secondary families to access student fees. Currently second families do not have access.
