Mass change Web access based on grade level

It would be helpful to be able to add/remove Web Access for students based on a grade level. We do not want our 4k-1 grade student to have Web Access on but would need to turn on Web access for 2nd grade.

    I believe you can using the Mass Generate Student Permissions/Passwords Utility under Students, Student Access, Setup, Utilities. (WS\ST\SA\PS\UT\SP)
