Family Access Food Service and Fee Management Paid By (parent name)
Please add the parent name to the paid by, it just says 'Via Web'. We have split families and both parents have equal rights for the children, they want to see that they paid for food service or the fees. Even on the receipt it doesn't show who paid for it.

Nowhere in Food Service does it say who made a payment. It only says Via Web. It does in Fee Management Fee History: Webstore Payment made by (parent name). In Food Service it doesn't say that in the history. Please add this to the history.

Letter generation system for the health records area of Skyward
This request was submitted to me by our health staff. "We need a letter option for dental exams. Skyward already has the ability to run reports, we just need to add the letter option. The dental report is located under Office-Health records-Reports-Dental.
An example of this can be found under Office-Vaccinations-Report-Vaccination. There you can see Skyward has templates for Legal Letters. We use these templates constantly."

Add Student Ranges to Nightly Auto Email
Nightly Auto Emails are being generated for inactive students long after they have left the district or graduated. Add Student Ranges functionality, like there is for Event Auto Email. See attached screen shots showing setup

SBAA Cash Receipts
I would like to see SBAA Cash Receipts have the flexibility as the Account Management Cash Receipts in changing column order and width in order to have the receipt date on the screen with other pertinent information and not out of sight to the left.

Student Access - Option to show Credits without GPA
We would like the option to show earned, failed, and pending credits for students in Student Access, withOUT also making GPA's available to view.

Make Student Indicators follow students from entity to entity
When a student moves from one school to the other, it would be helpful if the indicator followed. For example, RTI Referral. If the student switches schools right after an RIT is submitted, the teacher or administrator is not going to think about emailing the next school this information, especially if it is just a normal transfer from elementary to middle school.

clone processing list
I would like to be able to clone a processing list. Many times we need to use the majority of a list but take a few kids out and it's time consuming to have to manually add them all again.

All canned reports should have other id/name key to create processing lists
Every single report that is a canned report in Skyward for districts to use should ALWAYS include either the student ID or the name key so that processing lists can be created from them. It is such an easy field to add but I have spent the past 2 hours manually creating processing lists because the students couldn't be imported. It's such a waste of time when adding this one field to report is a minor change and would allow an incredible amount of flexibility for districts to have the data they need at their fingertips.

Change Family Access Users to be entity specific when not in District Entity.
When a staff member has access to one entity, they should not have the ability to access any parent, student, or teacher from the entire district.
Our secretaries assist parents, students, and teachers for a variety of areas from registration, trouble shooting in the gradebook, etc. Their access should include ONLY the entity they have access to, not the entire district. This is a privacy and security issue! When I placed a service call to see if there was a configuration to limit a specific entity, the answer was to have each staff member check the box "Only show guardians…4 votes -
EMERGENCY CONTACT AREA FOR STAFF
We had an episode today that required emergency contact for a staff member. There was no where on the student management side that included this information. This is vital information that each building should have access too online.

Due to Texas using TSDS numbers for testing, it would be nice to add TSDS numbers to Class Roster Reports.

I would like to automate when a work flow code is changed in NSOE to email the next person in the approval process
We have a code ODT (out of district transfers) in the workflow process that the clerk will use when the NSOE application is ready for principal approval. I think it would be extremely helpful to have automated emails in the workflow process. When a particular code is used/changed an automated email would email the staff member next in the process that the application is awaiting their approval.

Student Cell Phone in Online Registration
When the student's third phone field is shown under Student Information in Online Registration, the family just sees a drop-down that has a default value of blank, an empty field and then Ext with a field next to it. The drop-down is shaded the same color as fields that are read-only. Can there be an option to set the default value of the drop-down or at least have a description that is next to that drop-down so families don't just glance at these blank fields and think there is nothing to enter there?

Disable teacher gradebook viewing abilities for Semester 2
While building Semester 2 schedules, it would be very beneficial to deactivate teacher viewing abilities in gradebooks for Semester 2 only. Building schedules is a process in which the Counselor assigns courses, then proceeds to shuffle the courses according to requirements that need to be met for each individual student. When teachers can view the schedules as the Counselor is beginning the process, we are bombarded with unnecessary emails and drop-ins. The capability to activate viewing abilities once the schedules are fairly settled, when teachers most definitely can offer input regarding students that may have been overlooked, would be far…

Payor Balance Notices - mailing address vs. physical address
Please add programming logic to the system that will use the payor's mailing address if it exists in the system. Right now we are getting several of these letters returned because the system is using the physical address and not the mailing address.

Medicaid Consent default to blank instead of NO
Update the Medicaid Consent on Student Profile > Special Ed > Other SE tab to default to blank. There is no way to run a report to see which parents we need to contact and which parents said no.
