Attach PIMS State Course codes to COURSES not CURRICULUM
If the PIMS State Course codes were attached to the courses instead of to the curriculum master, it would be possible to create career plans that jive with the ACT 158 Pathways.

Add the ability to blank out all census block groups
Currently census block groups can be imported via skybuild only via an attached student. I recommend adding the ability to blank out all census block groups for addresses. If all students leave a home, then the address record can only be modified by using address master. This feature is not very easy to use for large scale address maintenance. Since we have a change of block groups this year, we end up with 2010 and 2020 CBGs in address master. Additional Tab in Health Office Visit
Our nurses would like an additional tab under the Health Office Visit area for Scheduled Procedures. This would be for them to log their catheterizations, tube feedings, O2 assessment, etc.

We have an automated email set up to be generated when an absence request is submitted through FA. The message recipients for general staff is the main office AA's and the health room staff. They would like the notification to also generate an email to the student's homeroom teacher.

Add a date range for the report: Print Forms
Would be nice to be able to add a date range to the PRINT FORMS report.
Our school does a new I-6 for each progress report. Would like to be able to print just the most recent instead of all of them.1 vote -
Include photo on medication administration screen
I would like to suggest the feature of always displaying the student photo (not via a click or a hover, but always visible) on the window for medication administration. This would add another layer of certainty that the nurse is verifying that they have the correct student before administering any medication.

Academic History - School picks the years shown
I would like the ability for Academic History to be ONLY history of past years OR allow the option to use a processing list to turn off history for those we are blocking.

Family Access Username Sync to NameKey
Automatically update username for parents in family access when their name is changed and they are assigned a new namekey. This would help keep the namekey/username in sync.

semester default formula
If EOC were to be back in time to include in grades: Is there a way to have a separate formula that would average the "initial" S2 Grade (not Final Grade) with the EOC using different percents. Other words, use the initial S2 grade which includes Q3-40%, Q4-40%, SE2-20% and average it at 85% with EOC score at 15% for a final S2 Grade. Then the final S2 grade (with EOC averaged) would be averaged with S1 grade as 50/50 for a FINAL GRADE.

Food Service Application - Consent for Disclosure
We would like to see the Consent for Disclosure set up in a way where parents can Check No or Yes, then make that part of the application required so that we know that this specific part of the application was seen and completed. If the family completes the F/R application in Skyward they would be required to complete the Consent for Disclosure by either Checking the No box putting in their electronic signature and date, or by clicking the Yes box, but if the Yes box is checked they then would be required to complete which program they give…

Allow fields created in one custom report to be pulled into another custom report.
I understand user created fields in custom reports are unique to the individual form but having the ability to pull those fields into other reports would be a timesaver. Here is an example from our district.
Parents list their previous school and contact information on one of our enrollment custom forms. I would like to pull those fields into another custom report - student record request, so creating a request for records could be an automated process.

Method of Instruction- Mass Delete Special Programs
We currently use 4 different MOIs. We would like to be able to Mass Delete and Mass End a specific MOI. Currently, there is no option to do that- it is set up to mass delete or mass end on a specific date.

It would be helpful to allow Teachers or Office the ability to schedule an email to parents for Gradebook Report by term.

Mass change Web access based on grade level
It would be helpful to be able to add/remove Web Access for students based on a grade level. We do not want our 4k-1 grade student to have Web Access on but would need to turn on Web access for 2nd grade.

Textbook Tracking - Option to Let Teachers Submit Textbook Requests:
Our district would like an option added to the Textbook Tracking Module that would allow teachers to submit requests for additional textbooks throughout the school year. This way not only would our curriculum department receive the request via Skyward, this data would also be in the Module for future reference.

Survey edit error reports option to print error decriptions at the end of the format and export function to Excel
Error reports are lengthy due to printing each error description and overwhelms school staff. If they could export to excel they could manage the reports better and sort and view by error numbers. Plus putting the error description sheet separately so they can choose to print it or not.
