Mass delete old proc list utility
A utility to mass delete processing lists would be helpful.

PIMS student template: Special Ed Status N if IEP out of compliance
The checkbox that allows expired IEP students to load to the special ed snapshot does not help the Student Template. If this functionality existed for the student template for students that do not have an active iep and cross-checked with an exit, it would eliminate a large amount of time deleting tons of students, especially when districts conduct ieps in the same month district-wide.

We would like to pull the IEP type into Custom Forms but that is not a current skyward field.

Custom Forms Browse Student Name Key
We use the custom forms browse screen when creating processing lists of which guardians have/have not signed paperwork. As it is right now when you create a processing list it is an all or nothing list if sorting by signature because the field range is so broad. There is not a way to download a csv, eliminate the signed/unsigned field and upload to processing lists as Name Key / Other ID / State ID are not fields available on this browse. We would suggest adding one of these.

Auto Scheduler
There needs to be an option to roll-back an Auto Scheduling run to the previous save point. The Schedule Master Save Points only affect the Course Master. There needs to also be an option to revert to a previous point for the actual student scheduling runs.
We have already built schedules for 85-90% of our students (via Arena Scheduling), and the final scheduling run overfilled course sections, even though we had to box checked to "Close Sections When Filled". Need to be able to add SSSTP field on Attendance Letter Discipline Offense
State of Texas requriement. The SSStP field is not available on the Discipline Offense set up in the Attendance Letter area, which causes errors in PEIMS reporting.

SPN Staff Name to help with DOE Sync Errors
The DOE matches staff synced from Skyward to their license database, LVIS.
Our HR system requires us to use the staff's legal name for income tax purposes. We sync our staff names from our HR system into Skyward.Similar to the legal name in the Identity tab for students, could we have an SPN name area for staff so we could send the name to the DOE that matches LVIS?

Can you add a cut and paste tool to the style toolbar in the message center like in text box toolbar areas.
Can you add a cut and paste tool to the style toolbar in the message center like in text box toolbar areas. Teachers would like to be able to cut and paste from a Google Document into the message center, but the formatting gets messed up in a direct cut/paste. Other areas of Skyward (ex: Special ed forms) have an intermediary cut/paste tool that allows for a smooth cut/paste process.

Mass Change ISBE State Course Codes for 2023-24 school year
ISBE is removing all the prior to secondary - 51 course codes for the 2023 - 2024 school year. It would be very helpful if Skyward could create a mass change feature for the course codes with the ISBE crosswalks to save districts a lot of time.

TX-Safe Supportive School Program
Now that the Safe Supportive School Program will trigger a PEIMS fatal error if left blank, we would like to request that this field be made mandatory when entering an Offense just like the Offense Code, School, Offense Date, School Year and Discipline Officer.

Teacher Room Availability - pull only ACTIVE classes
Within WS\OF\CS\BC\RE\TR... there should be an option to look at only ACTIVE classes. Right now the report pulls Active and Inactive classes which is not helpful when trying to find room availability, and there is not a template setting to only choose Active classes.

Skybuild - Family Data Type
While working with Skyward support, it was determined that a Skybuild cannot make a file export with 1 row per family.
Skyward support - "If we had a family data type we could group based on the family but since we don't that will not be an option. "

SMS - Fees Paid Report - Print by activity instead of just bill code
The current fees paid report will only let you choose to print bill codes, which will print (for example) all of our athletic fees for that time range. We would like to print just who has paid for a particular sport or co-curricular sometimes.

PIMS C6 Student Updates
PIMS C6 STUDENT UPDATE PULL: It would be amazing to have a report that shows a list of ONLY students who have had a change to any piece of C6 Student Update template information that needs to be reported and what that information is (like appear in red). If it could also contain new enrollments that would be a plus! We could use it to submit student updates by individual if desired.

Student gets a text or alert for any schedule changes
Is it possible for a student to receive a text or alert for any schedule changes the counselors have made without the student in their office or needing to go to the office. There would need to be a on and off option, start date along with a message as to why it was changed and the history would need to be kept as well.
