Other name on health reports
We need the ability to print both the legal name and other name on health reports. We have several students that have chosen other names due to their gender identity.

Need to be able to add more than one health screening a day.
Sometimes health professionals have to add more than one screening a day, but the system does not time stamp the screening easily to see which one happened first. Need a time stamp.

Have "Other Name" as a screen field option in Food Service POS. It is available for teacher gradebooks but not for the cafeteria.

General Collection Data Extract
When extracting for my General Collection, I'd like more filters to extract groups separately. For example, I'd like to be able to extract only the Special Education kiddos. Currently, I'm using a Processing List to do this, but it would be nice to have a few features built in.

Registrar Configuration
We have discovered that staff can change the status of an approved application to WIP IF the student is Inactive. Our district does now want this to be an option. We would like to request an additional check box option to not allow staff to change the status of an approved application.

Would like to see "Doctor's note required for each absence" on the entry by date screen
Add "Doctor's note required for each absence" to the entry by date screen. That way we can see if a doctors note is required or not.

Monthly Attendance Email to parents
We would like to send an email to families at the beginning of each month showing them their student's absences so far for the quarter/semester/year. It will be helpful for families to get this information automatically to remind them how important attendance is AND a paper trail of their student's attendance. Hard to be surprised that your kid has 10 absences if you get an email every month showing their status!

Allow Entity Counts to separate Service Enrollments
We have students that are enrolled with us as a Service Enrollment with another district as their Primary Enrollment. We would like to be able to see them separated in Entity Counts.

Add Foster Care to Export File Builder
Inside the SkyBuild under Special Programs there is no ability to pull the data inside the Foster Care Fields on a student's profile. We need to send this data out for some software/applications and it is not there. It has other programs like Homeless and LEP but Foster Care is missing. This would be super beneficial to be able export our student data in the SkyBuild.

Automated Email
In the automated emails, have an NSOE Application that will look at the Stage Code and based on that code send an email to parents. Like applications that are missing required documentation. Right now we email parents individually, it would be so helpful if this was set up automatically.

Need an option to prompt for an effective date when adding/editing a primary or alternate teacher on a meet. Similar to the options available for student transactions. I see that there PA and TX asked for something similar, where they asked for an option on the add transaction date on the add of a meet.

Endorsement Progress with In Progress
Allow for endorsement progress to calculate in progress and next year coursework, so the report feature will tell if a student is on track to receive an endorsement. Another option is to allow the career plan to print the "requirements of declared endorsement" met field.

Course/Class Counts report not accurate
Currently the Course/Class Counts report is not accurate since it shows total of all student by all teachers, so if there is a primary and an alternate on the course record, a class of 22 students becomes 44. We need a way to filter to ONLY the primary teacher please.

Mass delete old proc list utility
A utility to mass delete processing lists would be helpful.

PIMS student template: Special Ed Status N if IEP out of compliance
The checkbox that allows expired IEP students to load to the special ed snapshot does not help the Student Template. If this functionality existed for the student template for students that do not have an active iep and cross-checked with an exit, it would eliminate a large amount of time deleting tons of students, especially when districts conduct ieps in the same month district-wide.
