Special Education -Add an Event Auto Email for when an IEP or Eval is Unlocked
It would be very helpful to have the option to add an Event Auto Email option for when an IEP or Evaluation is UNLOCKED. Currently, there is an option for when they are LOCKED but not for unlocking them. For districts that allow special ed staff the security to unlock them, it would be a great feature for a director, school psych, admin assistant, etc... to get a notification that someone has unlocked an IEP/Eval so they are aware and if needed, they can verify that there is justification for unlocking it.

Roster Report Active Classes
When Creating Template for printing of Class Roster would be good to have option to search for individual classes that have status of Active. Currently there is no filter for Status

Future Scheduling requests following student
When we have students who transfer from one campus to another within our district, we would like to have the student requests follow them so the receiving campus can see what the student previously requested. If the courses are not the same number, that is OK, instead of giving the student another request form and starting from scratch for the receiving campus. This information would be very valuable and a time saver for the counselors and registrars.

A section to add records request sent and records received.
A spot to add a date when a records request was sent and when records were received and a spot to date when student records were sent out to the newly attending school. Possibly under the entry/withdrawal tab.

Secured User History Report
It would be helpful to have a secured user detailed history report. We have internal audits and at times are questioned by state auditors for this information. A report that can be ran by secured user and for a date range that displays detailed history accessed by that user or an option to select user defined fields of access.

Processing List Clean Up
It would be helpful to have a Utility to mass delete Processing Lists by date so that we can keep old processing lists cleaned up as much as possible without have to delete them one by one.
Something much like the Data Mining Utility to keep them cleaned up

Walk-In Scheduler during year to drop and add new schedule
It would be helpful in team scheduling especially to be able to use the walk-in scheduler to drop a whole schedule and add it back into a new team without deleting the original class.

Mass Change Transaction Records - Add Previous School Year Option
WS\OF\CS\SS\PS\UT\TR - Adding the ability to select the previous school year for this utility would be very helpful in instances when dates need to be changed after end of year processing has taken place.

add Migrant questions to NSOE
add Migratory Student Information collection to NSOE. DPI has a form for these families to fill out (and skyward has an import process to pull these families into Skyward from DPI). However, there is not a process to collect the information in NSOE. We are adding our own questions to NSOE based on the links below but to ensure enrollments are similar at other districts in Wisconsin could this be added by Skyward to NSOE?

TSAI2 Scores - Seamless integration
I would like to propose an idea that I believe will significantly benefit Texas School districts and streamline the assessment upload process within Skyward Student Information System (SIS).
The inclusion of TSAI2 scores in our SIS is crucial for assessing student progress and ensuring their readiness for College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR). However, I understand that certain assessments may not be considered mandatory by the state, which has led to Skyward in not making or helping districts with integrating TSAI2 scores into the SIS an easy process.

Family Access Absence Request Approval Email and Denial Email
When an absence request has been approved or denied it would be helpful if the response entered was emailed to the family, so they are aware that the request was approved or denied and if denied we could tell them why and how to get it approved. Many parents will not be going back into Family Access to see if their request was denied.

Test Accommodations
Users would LOVE to have the ability to add multiple accommodations to the test. Every accommodations needs to be added, then saved then "Add" again. Once they are on the Local Accommodation Maintenance page it would be great for the user to enter all ALL accommodations here and then just save once all are entered.

Customize Category Colors in gradebook
Teachers using our secondary gradebook would like to be able to customize their category colors within their own gradebook. Currently, I can change the colors, but it would change them for the whole building and not everyone wants that. It would be useful if they could just do their own within their own gradebook.

As of date for any special program
We often get asked, who was ____ last year. (Fill in the blank with any special program or Food Service.)
A number of areas in Data Mining have an As Of date field. It would be amazing if all would have a "___ As Of Date"
Examples:
ADM As Of Date- Type (Y/N already is there, but we need to know the type)
Alt Ed As Of Date -Program Name
Food Service As Of Date- Lunch Code
Foster Care As Of Date
Gifted and Talented As Of Date- Area

Activity Report w/Leader AND Students
Please add a Print Option of "Activity Staff" and "Activity Leader=Yes/No" to the Activity Report by Activity, so that all relevant information for an Activity can be on one report. (WS/OF/AC/RE/BA) Thanks!

Switch School Year button for the "Room Codes".
Since the Homeroom Codes have the ability to be updated by using the Switch School Year button, it would be very helpful to also include the Switch School Year for the room codes. The descriptor for the room codes can and do change from current to future.
