Option to extract teacher course shell in the survey when there is a vacant position with a sub
Currently, when a class in Skyward is assigned a vacancy, no teacher course record is generated in the survey extract. In many cases, these vacancies are being covered by substitute teachers; however, without an associated teacher record, districts may experience funding impacts due to the absence of a teacher assignment on the reported course.
To address this issue, districts currently rely on a manual workaround that requires creating substitute teacher course records for each vacant section in the Maintain. I wish there was more flexibility in Student Login field, found under Product Setup-Skyward Contact Access-Security-set/up-config-Automatically Generate Logins and Passwords-Students. I took inspiration from how Spreadsheets work and how you can manipulate it to stop generating text based off a space or a comma. The way Skyward has it for Part 1: the options are seemingly logic based, First Name, Middle Name, Birth Day, Month, Year, etc and limit the length by letters. Health Condition Notes for Teachers
We can currently display the Health Condition itself through the student indicator. However, we are requesting the ability to optionally display the associated Health Condition Notes through a security-controlled setting. These notes often contain important directions or additional information regarding the student's health condition that teachers may need to know in order to appropriately support the student.

When we have our Online Registration Verification Status report, that tells us who has not completed Online Registration. To better communicate with that student's advisor, we would like the Advisor field to this Online Registration report. We would like to give the advisor a list on open house day to see which families still need to register. Thank you.

Our AP would like to receive 1 email per teacher, noting the progress reports for which classes was sent out on what day.

More options to edit Teacher Access Security
We need the ability to remove access for weighting an assignment in Teacher Access security settings. When using category weighting and selecting to NOT allow teachers to change category or weight, this option should be disabled but it is not. Skycoder cannot be used in EA+, so an option to edit the security access is needed.

Student Conflict Detail Report Needs a Display Period option
When using Period Redefinition, the Student Conflict Detail report can be difficult to read because it displays the scheduling periods. There needs to be an option to print using the display period instead so the report is easier to interpret. It is already a difficult report to read, and when Period redef is set up it makes things far more confusing. Being able to see the conflicts by display period will help to be sure that courses are flowing the way that is expected. Tiny Quality of Life Improvement
On the Skyward support site the drop downs in the blue banner, Stay Current, Customer Support, Downloads, etc. in Google Chrome at 100% zoom often times when I draw the cursor down to select an item in the drop down menu the drop down menu disappears. I imagine this is due to a tiny gap between the blue banner and the drop down because when I increase the zoom to 110% or higher this doesn't happen. I don't know how much of a difference it makes to others, nor the amount of work required to fix something like this, but…

OFSDP Flex Teacher Attendance
Give teachers the ability to enter timestamps for students' Arrival and Departure/Dismissal times. Then, in the behind-the-scenes, add the minutes for each student in the Flex.

NSOE application routing for cross-over grade level entities
Allow for grade level options to be added to the path type when creating address paths.
Currently, if two campuses have the same grade level options in the address path, the NSOE application gets kicked to the ISD instead of routing based on the Elementary path type.
Example: We have an elementary that serves EE-3 and one that serves EE-5. The EE-3 elementary applications do not route to them if the middle school address path is for the EE-5 campus because the system cannot differentiate between the grade levels on the path type.

Update Grad Req (FL) Replacing Online Learning with Test Requirements Met/Not Met
Request to remove Online Learning (met/not met) which is no longer a FL requirement. Replace on Grad Reqs with Testing Requirements (met/not met). Met if both Comm & Math are met, Not Met if one or both are not met.

Minimize the font size on the transcript template to allow the course codes to print on one line
With the new requirements to include the service ID#s or Course Codes, the transcripts are looking messy and unprofessional because the course codes are printing on another line on the transcript. This is causing transcripts to be much longer than needed with the additional line for each course completed for every student. If we are allowed to minimize our font size ourselves without creating a custom transcript, that would be helpful. My hope is that Skyward will understand the need for this to be created or allowed to ensure their product looks professional and allow for updates that are required…

Allow more info into the Information Report
Adding Health Conditions and Alert Information to this report would be very helpful and vital in an emergency. This report is what is printed if DCF, LEO, or any other emergency services need specific information on students. This information report is the most useful spot our district has found to add this information and access it quickly in an emergency.

Grading Report that pulls students current percentage, and letter grade before a term posts.
To better support our students, I’d like to request a report that pulls current, unposted grades (both percentages and letter grades). Having a simplified view of this live data enables administration to identify students in danger of failing and coordinate timely academic outreach before the grading window closes.

Add Ltd Eng Prof students as an option to Ranges in the Message Center
Could you add Ltd Eng Prof students as an option to Ranges in the Message Center? This would be along with Section 504 and Gifted and Talented students that are already listed. This would make it easier for our EL teachers to message parents.
