Space to add more than 5 locker combs
Space to add more locker combs. We have locks for lockers that have 7-8 combs. Currently Skyward only allows 5 combs to be entered so we have to skip the combs that we can not enter into the system.

Latitude and Longitude
Is there way to get latitude and longitude for student addresses? We are wanting to see re-zoning would affect the schools in our district. Using latitude and longitude would allow us to attach students to those addresses and look at the over all picture such as discipline, attendance, and etc.

online form
We have created an Online Form for parents to fill out requesting a school transfer.
We have selected that Family 1 only have the option to update the form. When the Family 1 completes the online transfer request form, it sends an email to both guardians in Family 1.
Is there a way also have an email sent out to Family 2 (additional families) when Family 1 submits the transfer request online form?
When the custodial parents are not in the same Family, they would like the email go to both Family 1 and Family 2. It would also be…

Discipline Reports for IEP Students Only
Please add a IEP and 504 to the range options for running discpline reports. This will be useful for double checking state reporting (where only spec ed students are reported for certain actions) and other data analysis.

Teachers would like the ability to post their OFSDP attendance minutes using the Mobile App feature.

RFE for 'Guidance' Note/Visit Attachments
The counselors love that they are able to add attachments here for others that have a 'need to know' could access. But this is NOT an option. The only way to see the attachment is if the other person has "edit' access and others should not be in edit mode under another individuals entry.
Please make the Attachment in Guidance Visit visible to other if needed.

Looking for an option in data mining to assist us with the legal first name vs the preferred name.
I worked on a service call 5946641 for our district and Skyward was unable to come up with a solution that would identify a difference in these names quickly. This information is needed for our building staff. Our nurse recently complained that she was unable to find a student due to this issue and expressed that this could escalate an emergency situation. I would like a report I could give to key building staff such as our administrators, secretaries, nurse, etc to let them know who the students are that have preferred names vs legal names and what they are.

Check Request Status Queue
In the IN Ed-Fi Request Individual IDs from API tool, when choosing check request status, could that be changed to a queue of requests from the user? It is difficult to check the request when the only option is to put in the ID #.

Auto Email for Special Programs when schedule is changed on a student
The ability to in auto emails to send an auto email each time a SPED or 504 student receives a schedule change. This is important for coordinators to get accomidations to the new teacher when a schedule is changed during the middle of the school year and an email would better track those students.

Crosswalk STAAR EOC Test Scores
Please crosswalk the STAAR EOC test scores. State standards change, and then you have to change the crosswalk area and then we have to learn the new areas. It would be so helpful to not have to worry about this area and would save a tremendous amount of time.

Homeless auto email alert
Is there a way to have a homeless alert available for automated emails for students who leave our district and return. Per our NM state reporting, once a student has been identified as homeless in the school year, they are homeless for the entire year regardless of whether they are enrolled consecutively or leave and return. I did see we could turn on the H indicator for all students regardless of their status but that doesn't work as if a student was homeless last year, it does not carry over. Is it possible to add an identifier for Homeless?

Non Binary Legal Gender
Add Non-Binary to "Gender" drop down. We have a court document that says a student's legal gender is non binary. We only have Female or Male to choose from. Since it's now the legal gender, it doesn't fall under the Gender Identity area.

Advanced Features notifications for Critical Alerts
It would be nice to be able to choose to receive an automated email when "Critical Alert Information" has been added to a student's emergency information.
