When doing the general ledger update on food service, there is no way to differentiate between adjustments and payments.
When doing the general ledger update on food service, there is no way to differentiate between adjustments and payments. Please provide a way to remove adjustments from the food service general ledger update, or at least indicate on the general ledger update report that they are adjustments.

PA Act 158 Endorsement Enhancement
As part of PA Act 158 pathways to graduation tracking many many pathways are easy. The evidence based pathway however requires the 3 pieces of evidence from a list. While some are test score based some would be curriculum cluster based and some are milestone based so there is no single way to say any 3 combination of those items. I would like to see a way to apply the "3 items" rule generically so it can be 1 test score, 1 mile stone, and 1 cluster , or 2 test score, and 1 mile stone, etc.

Teacher Rosters
It would be helpful if teachers could see rosters of other classes without opening them up to teacher tracking where they then can see gradebooks, etc. Just a limited view of rosters in their building, by course or teacher.

Update Grad Req (FL) Replacing Online Learning with Test Requirements Met/Not Met
Request to remove Online Learning (met/not met) which is no longer a FL requirement. Replace on Grad Reqs with Testing Requirements (met/not met). Met if both Comm & Math are met, Not Met if one or both are not met.

Ability to run Voc Ed hours and Daily Register for a single student
It would be super helpful to have the ability to run Voc Ed Hrs utility and Daily Register by student(s) so that, when making corrections to a student or just a few students, you would not have to run for the entire grade level or campus to update the student details to Ed-Fi - especially with the new ATND submissions every six weeks.

Minimize the font size on the transcript template to allow the course codes to print on one line
With the new requirements to include the service ID#s or Course Codes, the transcripts are looking messy and unprofessional because the course codes are printing on another line on the transcript. This is causing transcripts to be much longer than needed with the additional line for each course completed for every student. If we are allowed to minimize our font size ourselves without creating a custom transcript, that would be helpful. My hope is that Skyward will understand the need for this to be created or allowed to ensure their product looks professional and allow for updates that are required…

Allow more info into the Information Report
Adding Health Conditions and Alert Information to this report would be very helpful and vital in an emergency. This report is what is printed if DCF, LEO, or any other emergency services need specific information on students. This information report is the most useful spot our district has found to add this information and access it quickly in an emergency.

Grading Report that pulls students current percentage, and letter grade before a term posts.
To better support our students, I’d like to request a report that pulls current, unposted grades (both percentages and letter grades). Having a simplified view of this live data enables administration to identify students in danger of failing and coordinate timely academic outreach before the grading window closes.

Course/Section Masters > Section Details > Teacher History - a way to print these details in a report or provide these fields in SkyBuild which would include the change history transaction details as well. Screenshot included to show location and fields in that screen.

Add Ltd Eng Prof students as an option to Ranges in the Message Center
Could you add Ltd Eng Prof students as an option to Ranges in the Message Center? This would be along with Section 504 and Gifted and Talented students that are already listed. This would make it easier for our EL teachers to message parents.

It would be helpful to be able to mass import Medicaid information into to the health screen
I think it would be helpful to be able to mass import Medicaid Eligible Status, Medicaid Number, and Billing Consent status into the Health screen. It is very time consuming to manually enter this information.

Please add the state id to the Directors monthly Vocational Class FTE report so we can compare it to SWORD/EDFI for TN. Otherwise, we have to go through multiple conversions to find a common key. This is not a wish, this is really necessary to do the job.

Option To Open Skyward In Same Tab After Logging In
I currently use SSO to sign into Skyward but also have the Allow Use of Skyward Password logon option as well. When I'm in Preferences, I have an option "Open Skyward in Same Tab After Logging in" which is great. When I click on the question mark next to it, it states "This only applies when logging in with a Skyward or Network Password. This does not apply when logging in using Single Sign On (SSO)." Is there a way you can make this available for the rest of my users who do use SSO but don't have the option…

transport miles shown in Family Access (along with route and stop)
In order for students to be eligible for free transportation or for a parent to know if they need to fill out a parent paid contract, parents need to know the miles transported (which comes back from Riteway and gets loaded into Skyward). However, miles is not shown in Family Access. Miles needs to be added as a field in Family Access Busing :

Could there be a print button in Family Access for parents to print the student discipline offenses? Either one at a time or all at once (history) option.

When families ADD a Fee to pay for in Family Access, it would be beneficial if the names would auto-populate to Activities so we don't have to manually type them in.

CROSS ENTITY REPOPRT TO VIEW HOW MANY SEATS ARE SHARED WITH OTHER CAMPUSES.
Create a report that will show how many seats have been shared with other campuses that have cross entity. It would be so useful to know how many seats are shared and send that report instead of having to go back into the section to see this information.
