Add student PA Secure ID to Keystone Exam Report
In order to upload info into the PGT Act 158 Portal, student ID is required. The keystone exam report, under test score reports, only gives the student name. I tried data-mining, but the format of the Keystone Exam Report is much closer to what is needed.

Food Service Reporting and Proc Lists
It would be wonderful if there was a way to create a Processing List of Food Service Payors (either inactive or active - ability to choose). This would be helpful if you need to use this payor list in other areas of the software. Currently, I needed this list of Inactive payors with balances to find out when the family left the district. It doesn't work to use data mining as there are multiple siblings and multiple withdrawal dates, etc.

create grade buckets to import current grades into without posting
Trying to provide local districts with daily grades for CTE students. We are able to export the current grades but are not able to import them into the local district without them posting to the transcript. Having grade buckets to import into that don't automatically appear on the transcript would be beneficial. Perhaps grade buckets that could be activated to post when needed but otherwise do not.

autoemail building registrar when NSOE is approved for their building
NSOE applications are approved by the Central office staff who then "forward" them on to the building registrars. Building registrars have no way of knowing that the NSOE approval has taken place or that it is being forwarded to them. It would be helpful if, upon approval, an auto email would generate letting the building registrar know that it has been approved and is available to them for completion.

Assign security access based off student type.
Allow access to the student tab but only have access to SPED students. We do not want users to edit the student type under ranges. For example, SPED Guidance Counselor needs access to SPED students only, not all students.

Include TSDS number in Student Lookup
Include TSDS number in Student Lookup. The enrollment emails we receive from TSDS do not include the student's name. The only identifying information in the email is the TSDS number. It would be nice to look them up by TSDS number like we can the PEIMS ID.

Parent Login added as Merge Field
It would be helpful if the parent login was a merge field within data mining's Mail Merge.

Can you increase the maximum display number on tables from 2000 to maybe 4000?
It would be helpful when using student browse or using the discipline browse by officer. We can utilize data in the tables without running reports.

Mass Add Transcript Notes
We'd like to use the Transcript Notes to provide more detail on students' graduation status (i.e. Diploma, HSED, Did Not Graduate) and there is currently no option to Mass Add transcript notes (or import--which would also work). Thank you.

When doing the general ledger update on food service, there is no way to differentiate between adjustments and payments.
When doing the general ledger update on food service, there is no way to differentiate between adjustments and payments. Please provide a way to remove adjustments from the food service general ledger update, or at least indicate on the general ledger update report that they are adjustments.

PA Act 158 Endorsement Enhancement
As part of PA Act 158 pathways to graduation tracking many many pathways are easy. The evidence based pathway however requires the 3 pieces of evidence from a list. While some are test score based some would be curriculum cluster based and some are milestone based so there is no single way to say any 3 combination of those items. I would like to see a way to apply the "3 items" rule generically so it can be 1 test score, 1 mile stone, and 1 cluster , or 2 test score, and 1 mile stone, etc.

Teacher Rosters
It would be helpful if teachers could see rosters of other classes without opening them up to teacher tracking where they then can see gradebooks, etc. Just a limited view of rosters in their building, by course or teacher.

Option to extract teacher course shell in the survey when there is a vacant position with a sub
Currently, when a class in Skyward is assigned a vacancy, no teacher course record is generated in the survey extract. In many cases, these vacancies are being covered by substitute teachers; however, without an associated teacher record, districts may experience funding impacts due to the absence of a teacher assignment on the reported course.
To address this issue, districts currently rely on a manual workaround that requires creating substitute teacher course records for each vacant section in the Maintain. This process is extremely time-consuming, particularly when multiple vacancies exist within a school, as staff must recreate the entire teacher course…

I wish there was more flexibility in Student Login field, found under Product Setup-Skyward Contact Access-Security-set/up-config-Automatically Generate Logins and Passwords-Students. I took inspiration from how Spreadsheets work and how you can manipulate it to stop generating text based off a space or a comma. The way Skyward has it for Part 1: the options are seemingly logic based, First Name, Middle Name, Birth Day, Month, Year, etc and limit the length by letters. Health Condition Notes for Teachers
We can currently display the Health Condition itself through the student indicator. However, we are requesting the ability to optionally display the associated Health Condition Notes through a security-controlled setting. These notes often contain important directions or additional information regarding the student's health condition that teachers may need to know in order to appropriately support the student.

A COMPLETE Skyward End of Year/Start of Year checklist
A checklist needs to be created for the entire Student Management Year End/Start of Year process from beginning to end. It would walk you through all the modules available (ex. click here for Food Service Year End (IF your district uses this module)). Once Year End is done, if there are steps that need to be done for "Start of Year" those would then be listed. When we have our Online Registration Verification Status report, that tells us who has not completed Online Registration. To better communicate with that student's advisor, we would like the Advisor field to this Online Registration report. We would like to give the advisor a list on open house day to see which families still need to register. Thank you.

Send confirmation of Emailed progress reports to the AP
Our AP would like to receive 1 email per teacher, noting the progress reports for which classes was sent out on what day.
